Serem Clinic Arvostelua 

The quality of service from Serem clinic, Istanbul is very bad. The treatment from the dentist Dogan Aras was very bad and sub standard. He put an all on six on that was stabbing into my gums and had gaps and was not made properly and was happy with the result which shows he lacks professional skill and integrity. He also added unrequired treatment to increase costs. The treatment by this clinic has resulted in permanent damage and harm to my gums and teeth. When they fail they expect the customer to cover the addition costs to have treatment in Turkey. They ask for cash so if you try and get a refund they can ignore you, while with card payment you can request a charge back from bank and get your money back. The sales team are only motivated by money and will make promuses the clinic does not uphold, so you commit to treatment. Serem clinic sales team apply increased costs and tell you what you want to gear to make you agree with treatment from them. Do not trust Serem clinic, the treatment is sub standard, they do not uphold promises, they apply hidden costs and unrequired treatment to make more money from you, and never pay by cash this and other clinics request cadh so they can withold cash if you want a refund.

Остались с мужем очень довольны работай врачей и сопровождением клиники Serem. Пообщавшись в соцсетях со многими клиниками выбрали эту. Нам понравилось сразу общение с Азизой- четкий вопрос и быстрый четкий ответ. Сопровождение было с момента прилета и на протяжения всего прибытия на лечении- в прямом смысле слова 24/7. Огромное спасибо Азизе и Розе, всегда быстро реагировали на все наши вопросы. Ставили с мужем импланты и по 28 циркониевых коронок. Приезжали 2 раза в апреле 2026 на 5 дней и в августе 2026- на 10 дней. Очень довольны работой врачей, персоналом, очень дружный коллектив. Уехали довольные новыми зубами и улыбкой, даже немного отдохнули, нам предоставили прекрасный отель. Спасибо огромное всем кто заботился о нас!

Здравствуйте. Я долго выбирала клиники причем в разных странах, но остановилась на клинике Serem и ни секунды не пожалела. Это был безупречный сервис и результат. Я благодарю всех за возможность снова улыбаться и радоваться жизни. Золотые руки доктора Илкихана сделали невозможное. Менеджер Азиза обеспечила мне комфортное пребывание в Стамбуле. Спасибо вам большое .

Getting treatment from Serem Clinic was a big mistake. The treatment I received was appalling. They over shaved my bottom molars leaving them hypersensitive and causing nerve damage and the need for emergency dental treatment. They made a treatment plan then changed it when I arrived. Added extra costs that were part of treatment plan. Fitted a substandard all on six which had gaps, food traps, did not look realistic at the back, had artificial gum on it which was still white and extremely bad in many other ways. This clinic should not have a health tourism certificate as the standard of treatment is terrible. I have initiated cash back on card payment, will be starting a medical malpractice claim and reporting them to the Turkish Health ministry. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

27 апреля что было подключено встретили привезли мы разместились и в тот же день нам прислали сообщение когда у нас прием мы пришли предыдущие так прошёл всё отлично я кстати даже не пила ни одной таблетки более удаляющие и щас все прекрасно у тебя же конец ещё пока не поставили все очень красиво очень ну а этого очень внимательные и врачи и девочки которые сопровождают переводе очень дороже это вообще это просто Роза действительно очень хорошо и кстати немножко сначала потом на второй через ещё одну примерку другие уже зубы немножко потом через какое-то время время вам ждёт ещё один раз и так несколько раз пока вот последний раз уже все это титановые очень советую я самого искала даже больше года как не могла уже очень боюсь но я вам скажу что напрасно не бойтесь отлично если кому-то надо из затягиваете действительно делаете и чем прям советую эту клинику очень советую

I was a fraid to come over to another country to do my teeth
But I got in touch with the consultant and explained exactly the details of my medical trip

I bought the flight ticket and decided to go there

I needed 6 dental implants and temporary denture and one side of sinus lifting and bone graft

The painfull part was only when the surgeon did the injection then I didn't feel anything

Everything was smooth the treatment, the services transport

Thanks Serem Clinic and thanks to my consultant and my dental surgeon doctor serkan

Looking forward to come for my second visit to complete my treatment

К пациенту не прислушиваются.
Переводчица неизвестно что переводила , в конце вообще нагрубила и выгнала на улицу, так как не понравилась наша критика происходящего. Выдали протезы которые я вообще не могла носить, моё желание что я хочу фиксированные протезы было просто пригнорированно. Все негативные отзывы просто удаляются, вся политика клиники построена на лжи.
Мне очень жаль что я просто потеряла деньги и время.

A friend of ours went to this dental clinic in Turkey and was severely disappointed. After returning to the Netherlands, he experienced serious dental problems. This not only resulted in severe physical pain, but also caused significant mental and financial distress.

The situation became so serious that he required emergency surgery. Despite the clinic’s promises of guarantees, they dismissed the complications as “minor discomfort” and refused to take responsibility or honor their warranty.

What makes this even more concerning is that our friend’s reviews were repeatedly removed and he was blocked by the clinic, preventing him from warning future patients. This gives us the impression that negative experiences are being deliberately concealed.

We have witnessed the consequences of this treatment up close and strongly urge others not to engage with this clinic. What began as a dental procedure turned into a nightmare.
