Issue Resolved Quickly and Easily!

This as my third order for a soft night guard. I had a crown that changed the shape of my teeth and the recent one was a little tight in the back. Sentinel responded right away to my email and made a new guard. The turnaround was easy and quick. Can’t beat the price and service here! Much cheaper and easier than going to my dentist.

Sentinel guards are the best

Sentinel was great to work with. Easy instructions for making the mold and the guard fit perfectly. We had a little issue with it getting sent to the wrong address, but that was USPS fault. The people at Sentinel worked with me to get my guard to me as quickly as possible. Would very much recommend!

Outstanding quality and customer service

Having used Sentinel mouthguard for many years and wearing several of their mouthguards I have to say they outshine all the others by far. Not only do they care about their customers but will and have done every thing in their power to make sure you're fit with the right appliance and if not they make it good with a quick and easy replacement. I'd be crazy to go anywhere else. The quality of their mouthguard and their customer service are exemplary!

I've been grinding my teeth for years…


I've been grinding my teeth for years and have always had my night guards made by my dentist. When I needed a new one, I decided to try Sentinel instead, and I'm really glad I did.
I already had digital scans from my dentist, so I didn't need to do another impression. During checkout, Sentinel gave me the option of having an impression kit mailed to me or uploading my scans. After I placed my order, they emailed me instructions on how to upload the .STL files. It was a simple process, and my dentist had no problem sending me the files.
I ordered the Comfort Night Guard because I like a little flexibility instead of a really hard guard. The fit was excellent right out of the box, and it's been very comfortable to wear. Honestly, it fits just as well as the guards I've had made at my dentist's office.
The whole experience was easy from start to finish. Great communication, fast turnaround, and a high-quality product. If you already have digital scans, I definitely recommend going that route. I'll be ordering from Sentinel again when I need another guard.

A blessing night guard.

I have had a problem biting my tongue and cheeks while I sleep, kinda deep. Since using the nightguards haven't been biting my cheeks or tongue. It was a real problem, bites on my tongue were very deep.
Dentist wanted to sell me their night guard for over 2K.

Internet scam

On 7/1/25, I ordered a set of nightguards. The impression kits were not received, and I contacted customer service who said they weren't able to be delivered by the driver. After multiple attempts over several weeks, I finally received the impression kits.

After I sent the completed impression kits back to Sentinel, I never received the nightguards. I contacted customer service who stated they had been delivered. They provided a tracking number for USPS, which provided an error (included at the end of this message).

Customer service refused to provide a refund for devices that were never delivered.

We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your experience.

We've had the opportunity to serve you over multiple orders through the years, and we're genuinely sorry this order did not end the way either of us would have wanted.

For the benefit of anyone reading this review, we'd like to clarify the documented timeline of this order.

After your initial impression kit experienced delivery issues, we sent multiple complimentary replacement impression kits until one was successfully received so your order could move forward.

Once your completed impressions were returned, we manufactured your custom night guards and fulfilled the order. Our fulfillment records show the package was shipped via USPS and documented as delivered on August 1, 2025 using the tracking number referenced in your review.

We did not receive another report that the order had allegedly not been received until April 2026, approximately eight months after the documented delivery. By that time, USPS no longer retained the tracking history online, which is why the tracking number no longer displayed current tracking information.

We understand how frustrating delivery issues can be. However, based on our business records, we do not believe this review reflects the complete timeline of the order or the extensive efforts we made to resolve the earlier shipping issues by sending multiple replacement impression kits at no additional cost.

We have retained documentation of the fulfillment and delivery history and remain committed to providing accurate information and fair customer service to every customer.
