Bought several items from this company. Really impressed with their customer care. Friendly and professional team helped to make the right choice. Delivery was super fast even for bulky items. Quality of products is really excellent: sturdy, durable and easy to set up. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good quality equipment with easily accessible friendly and knowledgeable team.

Waited over a month for my items to arrive. The numerous emails sent and forms filled out was appalling. No one got back to me just a standard customer service email.
Will not be shopping online with this shop ever again.

Vastaus yritykseltä Sensory Toy Warehouse
Unfortunately we suffered a devastating fire in our warehouse and offices towards the end of March 2020. Practically everything was wiped out. These circumstances caused delays with the order and we were only able to supply a small part of what was ordered.
We did our utmost to keep in contact with the customer with updates about the situation and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience these delays have caused you.

My neighbour’s child is autistic quite severe
I ordered toys for him, there wasn’t much choice; a lot of items weren’t available but found what I could I thought would help him to soothe and calm down
Thank you for delivering promptly on time, as described. No advertising emails please!!!

Fast efficient service and delivery
Though I can’t give a full review as it’s a present for our granddaughter and we haven’t been able to get it to her as yet.
But, what I can say is the service and delivery is excellent. I placed the order on the Monday and it was delivered by Thursday. That is speedy delivery.
The parcel was intact and complete inside. All we have to now is hopefully get it to our granddaughter this week.
I would definitely recommend this company.
