I had previously ordered items online last Christmas and received all items as ordered, even though more expensive than anticipated. I placed an online order again 10 days ago. At checkout the order disappeared, so reordered. No confirmation email has been received but two pending PayPal charges have appeared in my bank account. I have emailed and used the online contact form each day but no response. There are no telephone numbers listed on the site, but google showed a 1800 number which is not connected and a mobile which only goes to voicemail.

Absolutely disgraceful company

Absolutely disgraceful company. I placed an order a month ago to beat the Black Friday sales and my order still has not arrived. I am also very concerned now about the quality after reading the other reviews. I also will have to purchase something else for my grandson for Christmas. The lack of email responses is also very frustrating, I ended up messaging them through Facebook but unfortunately the reply was pretty generic. Do not purchase from this store to avoid the unnecessary frustration.
Very disappointed!

Infected website beware!

I purchased Magnetic Electric Railway Builder (Limited Edition) 98 piece set on the 27th of November - Alarm bells rang when I received and email on the 13th of December stating that the shipment is about to ship (not has shipped).
I went to go onto their tracking site and its infected?
I went to go onto their web site and its infected?
DO NOT FOLLOW ANY LINK ON YOUR EMAILS FROM THEM
I used Gemini to get their details so I couls contact them, here is the response

Please note: Many customers report that contacting this company through these channels is largely ineffective. Reviewers mention receiving automated, AI-generated responses to emails and that the phone number may not work or is unanswered.
As previously advised, these details are the only way to attempt contact with the company itself, but your most effective action is to contact your bank immediately to report the fraud."
Update:
After giving up I purchased another present to send my Grandchild but missed 25th of Dec because of this issue.
To my surprise I did recieve the toy however on the 29th of Dec more than a month after the order - Via Aramex Hong Kong not Australia. Its now in storage for next year.

Incorrect item received and no customer…

Incorrect item received and no customer support response

I ordered an 81-piece Electric Railway Builder set plus a mystery gift. What I received was a 38-piece set, which is clearly not what was advertised or paid for.

I have emailed customer support multiple times over more than a week and received no response.

This was a Christmas gift for my 5-year-old, and the lack of communication has been extremely disappointing.

I am now forced to pursue a refund and chargeback due to no response.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Avoid sensory toys Australia!!

I purchased 2x 81 piece magnetic train sets for $161 from sensory toys Australia. I received only 2x 38 piece sets. I have tried contacting them via email
And instagram multiple times, they reply initially saying they will help and then promptly vanish and stop responding completely. Do NOT purchase from Sensory toys Australia! This company is using deceitful tactics to take people’s
Money. I don’t believe they even have half the products they claim to sell after reading more reviews and my own experience. This is a dodgy company so steer clear!!

Si l’option 0 étoile était une option, c’est ce que j’aurais choisi. J’ai commandé un kit de 81 morceaux pour 85$ et sur la boîte c’est inscrit 38 morceaux!! Le service a la clientèle me dise que le 81 morceaux n’était plus disponible donc, sans email pour m’avertir, ils ont pris la décision de m’envoyer le kit de 38 morceaux. Tout ça sans modification de prix!

I purchase over $300 dollars worth of…

I purchase over $300 dollars worth of toys for my grandchildren on 22November 2025. These are gifts for Christmas and this is a lot of money for me. The company despite repeated emails has made no effort to contact me or advised the whereabouts of my purchased goods. I have contacted PayPal to see if I can get my money back.
I am hopeful my case can be resolved.
Can Facebook do anything to help or at least have this company banned
I feel for everyone who has lost money especially when times are so tough

So interestingly enough after posting my review an email arrives at 2:15 am telling my goods have been dispatched. This will be a Christmas miracle if I receive what I have paid for … sadly I cannot see this happening. Will keep you all updated

Received an email from you 14 December 2025 at around 2am in the morning about my purchased items telling me they are in transit. I purchased these presents for my grand children on 22 November 2025.
I have requested an email to know where these purchased items are.
I am yet to receive my goods and really don’t believe they are coming, sadly I think I have been scammed by a fraudulent company posing as an Australian business. My complaint has been placed with PayPal and I am so hopeful they will see this for what it is a lie. I feel so sorry for people who spent their money in good faith especially as times are tough… but not for you guys who have taken our money.

Well folks …… a Christmas miracle has occurred !!!!!
4 boxes of 98 pieces has finally arrived. I urge you all to keep placing pressure on this company for the things you have paid for and always always pay through PayPal
I am yet to see if they work. I will definitely update you all as to how this all goes.

This company have to be joking. Continue to ask for a review…. Directing them to Trust Pilot then they can see all of your reviews!!!!

Terrible experience, no communication regarding order

Ordered on 29.11.2025, wrote my review on 13.12.2025 in the hopes Sensory Toys would reply to either of my TWO emails requesting an update. No communication received from them until they decided to question my review in March 2026.
They advertise they are an Australian company but product was shipped from china so yes, all of this combined, they present as a scam!!! Sensory toys stated on their website purchase would be distributed within 24 hours of ordering. I still had NO shipping info on 13.12.2025. This was a Christmas present so I wanted to know if it was going to arrive on time. On 22.12.2025, I travelled 45 minutes to the closest shopping centre to purchase another gift to replace the one that hadn’t arrived. Package ended up arriving 24.12.2025. You can understand my frustration and the logical thought process that they did not and still have not replied to the email I sent them that they are a scam website.

I sent two emails in December 2025 because the website stated shipped within 24 hours, of which I received a reply on 23.12.2025, I actually don’t remember receiving this. There was no shipping advice, nothing. Just the parcel arrived on my door step, again, after I had been shopping for a replacement gift! As of 06.02.2026, I have now received 12 emails. I was offered and received a 30% refund (makes up some of the additional money spent on the replacement gift) but this has been followed up numerous times with a please update your reviews. Sensory toys have completely ignored the complaints. Your website stated shipping within 24hours, you misrepresented yourselves as an Australian company and you did not reply to my two initial emails in a time appropriate manner.
And had I not just scrolled through so many negative reviews ALL with the same comment/concerns, I would have changed it to 2 stars. But you need to do better with your customer service and stop harassing people to change their reviews. Please do not contact me again or I will take you to fair trading for harassment.

Scam

They said they were in Gold Coast 3-5 days to receive product weeks now nothing has turned up. T
They message at 2 am in the morning the products been in Sydney international for a week they refused to cancel the order and asked for a rating and good review.
No delivery 3 weeks on.

Updating I did receive the order it came through an international Airport so not made here ,nothing from customer service until Trust pilot sent me a message in March that sensory toys wanted more information. The order was placed before Xmas.
Still will never use again.
Have in April received a response from Sensory Toys for an order for Xmas. Says it all I suppose no need to say any more.

Arrived at last.

After I ordered 3 items from this company, i checked and found it had terrible reviews. I was terrified I had lost nearly $200. It took a while but eventually the parcel arrived and, surprise, surprise., everything was fine. Toys were not damaged and did what they were supposed to do. I give 4 stars because it took a while to arrive, although it is the Christmas seasonso perhaps that was the reason.

I placed an order 3 over weeks ago

I placed an order 3 over weeks ago. I have a tracking number and it’s at a stand still, this company promised 2-8 days delivery and I’m still waiting. I emailed support and they said it’s on its way however I received only part of my order today and (wasn’t part of the tracking link they sent me either) the box was damaged and I suspect the items inside maybe damaged too! The items weren’t packed properly as the toy was placed in a plastic bag no padding and the bag and the box that the toy was in was damaged.
I have emailed sensory toys and they are very slow to respond. I would not recommend buying from this company.

I too am a victim of this company!

I too am a victim of this company!! Like everyone else here I purchased items for my grandchildren after seeing the ads on FACEBOOK and their website look legit. My order arrived in a plastic bag with a piece of bubble wrap. EVERY single box was crushed & damaged!! Although the items inside don't appear to be damaged, I am ashamed to give these they look so shabby. This is disgraceful!! You can't trust anything any more.

this is NOT an australian company

Ordered on 10th November, order confirmation said that it was on its way on 16th November. 2nd December and has not arrived. The tracking display is not tracking anything - it is just serving up changing status to make you think it has actually been shipped. I have left multiple messages on their website (the only way to contact them - there is no address information - with no reply.

BUYER BEWARE

This company,Sensory Toys Australia, deserves no stars whatsoever. Definately not an Australian business. I found them on a sponsored add on fb & instagram & did what I thought was my homework on them. The Item was advertised for originally $100, then 50% off, a so called special. After waiting almost 2 weeks for my order of "giggles the giraffe", to arrive & I sent an email asking where it was. Finally it arrived, almost 2 weeks later, DIRECT from China. NO packaging other than a plastic bag, NO instructions, NO invoice/receipt. NO response from business when contacted them about the quality of the order. It was not was is advertised on their website. It looks like a very cheap item from a cheap store, ali express, temu, not something you would gift a baby. A restocking fee is charged & return postage is on me if sent back. I am totally disgusted with the product. To date they have not replied to my emails regarding this item, its quality etc. It is not what it is advertised on their website. They do not care about customer service or customer satisfaction. BUYER BEWARE!!!
