Senske Lawn & Tree Care Arvostelua 

Be careful with Senske (Clarkston, WA). The price they quote for monthly service is actually spread out over 12-months, mostly because there would be sticker shock. Only had them come out 4 times and canceled future applications because the lawn still looked like garbage and their applications did nothing. Just received a bill for over $400 because they said the amount I was billed for those four months ($116) was not the actual cost of applications but was over $700 in costs. Never give them your credit card information.

Why would anybody ever choose Senske in UT. I just saw a Senske Truck being driven by a real jerk/idiot on 6200 S. between 4000 West and 5600 West. Just missed cousing an accident with a White Ford Truck. After trying to call, it is apparent that Senke does not care, I was put on hold for over 20 minutes. Their 800# goes to their call center in Texas!

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF ARBORNOMICS FOR OVER 20 YEARS, SENSKE LAWN CO. BOUGHT THEM THIS PAST YEAR. PEOPLE DO NOT FOLLOW UP; THEY MAKE PROMISES THEY CAN'T KEEP AND THEY LEAVE YOU ON HOLD FOR OVER 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOU ARE CONNECTED TO THE WRONG DEPT.. THAT DEPT. REFUSED TO PROVIDE THE NUMBER TO THEIR HOME OFFICE. I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND CAN ONLY HOPE I RECEIVE THE CORRECT AMOUNT THAT I AM DUE.

Lack of pay transparency with services, timing and frequency. No efficacy seen in years of their pest nor tree services (lack of fruit, flowers), etc. I do not recommend.

The sales person was very nice and helpful, but there is a clear disconnect on what they say they can do and what they can do. They are not setting up appointments and keeping the appointment. They have cancelled appointments multiple times and they are way behind on performing their monthly services. There is not enough manpower, the equipment for aerating did not do a great job, especially for a large area. We are very dissapointed. They also were given instructions by someone that they were not to do a certain area of my yard even though they charged me over $760 dollars to do the whole yard.
When I called the Spokane office my call got transfered to
the manager in the Tri cities. He could not find my account, so he blamed a new system. They did not show me having an account and told me I needed to open a new account. He was rude and unprofessional. After that conversation I called the sales person we dealt with she said that we still had an account and she had to have the other one cancelled because now we had two accounts. Dealing with this company has been a waste of my time and money. One of the worse services I have ever experienced.

I was supposed to meet with Rory. Alex (Alec?) comes out instead. I was very clear that what I wanted was the weeds pulled and the one side of the house mowed. I WAS ASSURED THIS WOULD HAPPEN. I was told that I would get three services for the $80.00. After one treatment I called and was NOW told that it was going to be $80 a month IF I did their service for a year. So I stopped services and was then informed I owe an additional 47.00 for one service! When I mentioned calling the BBB or leaving a review on line Rory LAUGHED AT ME and said "well we have a 4.9 rating so it won't matter."

So Senske has done Christmas lights at my house for several years. This year their team showed up while I was at work with a manager, Nathan. My mother met with him to discuss the lights. Nathan said he wasn’t going to do the tree this year, which we have done every year for the last decade, for the price we already paid for the lights. He told my mother he wanted an extra $1000 cash to do the tree that was already on the bill. My mother objected to this, saying it’s the same thing we’ve had for years and it’s on the bill. Nathan got made that his grift attempt got turned down and started yelling at my mother like a crazy person, at which point my mother asked him to leave or she’d call the police because she felt threatened by him. I assume he was on drugs to lose his cool so fast and to be trying to grift cash from a customer, but who knows.
Well, fast forward an hour and my mother had a stress induced heart attack from this incident. She was in the hospital for a week and is still recovering over a month later. So far the bill is over 80k. Senske has not reached out, 3 workers witnessed this and obviously said nothing. This is all on video from my security system so there is no disputing it. We’ll see if Senske does or says anything but I’m not holding my breath. Just beware, Senske might send a drug addled grifter to your house to scream at your 63 year old mother until she has a heart attack and nearly dies.

Problematic - This company is a liability. The driver has absolutely no regard, concern or respect for your property. They don't mind causing damage and just leaving it. When contacting the office, you will encounter the same level of disrespect. I sent a contact request/complaint for 5 days in a row and never once did they make an attempt to respond to the problem. I strongly suggest trying a different company. Its one thing if the let you know about a problem they cause and at least make an attempt to rectify it - something completely different if they hide from the problem and don't make the slightest attempt to address the problem. The company from top to bottom appears to be one big unresolved problem. DON'T USE!

This company does my lawn care, pest control and tree care! They also offer pruning. and a lot of other services. They are very easy to work with, great techs each time I have an appointment, (Marco) is my tech each time and he’s great with my dogs and very thorough! I had a pretty bad mouse and ant problem, within just a few months I was able to get it down to pretty much no issue at all! It’s amazing! They have great payment options for me and make it easy if there is ever an issue I have. I recommend to all my family and friends! I love senske, I work with Sarah in salt lake for all of my stuff and she’s great to work with!
