Great punch bag. Only one small issue that there’s no contact number for the company and communication was slow.

Over a month since taking my money, no product has been received. It was 'sent' 5 days ago, yet the delivery company have yet to receive it. No communication or replies to my emails. Avoid this company.

Wrong item sent by seller.

Purchased Black PunchBag - arrived a few days later - was a completely different bag to the one pictured on website. Am awaiting a response to numerous requests for incorrect product to be collected.

Good product, quick delivery and easy ways to pay. Ordered an outdoor punch bag for teen son to support him with his boxing lessons and he loves it!

Punch bag stand broke within about two months. Tried to contact as i had activated my warranty, no contact whatsoever from Senshi and I'd tried multiple times to 3 different senshi email addresses. Will never buy from here again.

The item was not as described. I required a FILLED kick bag and that was what was itemised on my invoice, however, an empty bag was received. They offered to refund the difference between a filled and a infilled bag, after a week, which I refused as what use is an empty bag!! Still waiting their response and now into week two of receipt of parcel! Not happy.

Ordered a Battle Rope, item never arrived. Emailed and they said it got lost so they'd resend another. Again product didn't arrive, sent another email and didn't get a response, sent further emails, still no response. Requested a refund and still no response.

I can understand things not arriving or getting lost, but not responding to emails and flat out lying whilst still taking peoples funny is no laughing matter......It's been 6-8 weeks now and still nothing.

4 foot kids floor standing punchbag came without parts required for assembly. I’ve been strung along by them saying they’ve dispatched them but nothing now for over 6 weeks. Past the return date and now no response. Just shy of a scam in all honesty

I ordered the 4ft standing punchbag.
We were pleased with it on arrival, ( the box it came in was damaged)
However. The screws on the base did not all align up when we put it together, so we couldnt put the last screw in.The funnel did not fit the hole when we tried to fill up the base with sand.
I contacted them, the response was really quick so I thought great.
After that I had to chase them. They confirmed another base was being sent and they would give me a tracking number later that day. That's weeks ago, after sending them 4 more emails asking what's happening, I've heard nothing.
I am really disappointed in tge customer service.

I ordered on the 14th May and still no sign of my delivery. I contacted them last week via email as there was no phone number on the website (this should have been a red flag), too. E told that it was on its way. No idea where from and no idea of a delivery date. This is incredibly irritating as it’s for a birthday!
If it turns up too late, it will be returned - promptly!

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Scammed 2 little boys out of their pocket money. I suspect that all the good reviews are fake. Lots of links’s to click onto regarding non delivery which don’t work, chat options that no one responds to.

Good quality karate gi. I'm 180cm and the size 5 is a bit on the big size but not massive. Great price, I was kept updated on the progress of the order and it was delivered on time. Can't fault the service.

Great skipping rope for professionals. Heavy weighted handle add to the workout. The wire rope doesn’t tangle the rope runs freely in the handles so all you have to worry about how long you can skip
