I never received my package. It was returned to sender. I have contacted the company by email 3 times with no response.

Been calling for 4 days and emailed twice to get a RMA # so I can return the unopened box and no one has responded. I know that you only give 21 days to return from when I received it (Sept 9). You are company is the most aggravating company. If I don’t get a call or email soon with a RMA #, I am going to the BBB. Also, change your phone message because I call only during your working hours. Infuriating. It’s no wonder that you have a D- rating on BBB.

Device was delivered as advertised and in a very short time!

Product was shipped to wrong address, due to my mistake. However, customer service would not respond to my emails to help correct the issue.

Extremely Confusing directions, when I first tried to form them, I ended up looking like Mr. Magoo with buck teeth sticking out an inch too far. The second time I tried to mold them. I followed the directions to Put Your Thumbs Against the Roof of Your Mouth As I Did That All of the product slid to the back of my throat not good.

If you have to return ,they never respond

This has been the best product we have bought. You need a dremmel and some patience. But as long as you keep at perfecting it you will get what you want.

Well.. Everything went very smoothly and the delivery was prompt and professional.
My only issue would be that I ordered upper and lower dentures, the type that can be put in hot water and it’s a do it yourself fitting.
I followed the instructions and the top set went ok, a bit uncomfortable at first but I’m getting used to them.
The bottom set is where I have my issue.
When I attempted to fit them it seemed as if they weren’t sitting properly, I reread the instructions several times and could not understand why. Finally I Googled it to see if I was doing something wrong. To my dismay I found out that the bottom set of dentures is only intended for people who have no bottom teeth at all.
I searched the instructions and I watched the advertisements numerous times and nowhere could I find or see where it is stated that the lower set would not work if you still have teeth.
The more I looked and the more I thought about it I felt like I had been deceived and taken advantage of. I’m not a wealthy person, I live week to week like most people my age.
So I had saved a long time to be able to afford those dentures and was very excited to finally be able to purchase them, only to be so disappointed and saddened at the outcome.
I contacted the customer service several times, at least 4 or 5 times and even called the company but not one email was returned or phone call acknowledged.
It’s like they fooled me, took my money to the bank and that was all they were interested in.
No customer service to speak of, I was and still am very disappointed and depressed over the whole thing. My hard earned and saved money is now gone and I’ve nothing to show for it. I could have taken that money and put it towards a professional dentist to make my lower dentures but now that is not an option. I’m completely stuck with having to live with the horrible feeling of being deceived and made to feel like a fool. But I still look and nowhere can I find anything in reference to the fact that you have to be completely toothless for the lowers.
They should really make sure that is something that is abundantly clear so people know and they should be ashamed that they are deceiving people who don’t have the money to waste on things they can’t use.
It really is a sad day that a consumer has to be worried about if they are going to be taken advantage of and treated as if all they are to the company is a few dollars more in their pocket. I was new to the site and I was looking forward to doing business in the future but now I don’t see how I can trust their advertising and customer service is more than just words, it’s intended to help their customers but they were non existent like it’s there in print to make you feel better if you have an issue. But at the end of the day they are an empty department in this company.
All I can hope for is a reply eventually to my emails and phone calls and I would have to say be very careful with this company.
They seem to have a very sketchy and dishonest business sense about them.

Deceived and Broke…

I has received the denture but it not fit exactly I trying to find it to fit but still difficult to fits I like the item
But just only not fit exactly I don’t know that can I return or exchange the items

I have bought from them before and never had a problem. This time around the order was the same item I had previously purchased but it was completely different. The same day I received it I followed instructions given for a return. On my account they said they received my request and wood email me. I never received an email and every time I called...I believe it was about 4 times...AI would take my info, say they couldn't find my order# and would transfer me to supposedly to a live person. All I ever got thru to was a voicemail saying it was after business hours, which it was not, and to leave a message and my call would be returned. It never was. Now my 30 days are up and I never heard either they email or phone call from anyone. Very very disappointing especially considering they claim helping seniors us their objective. Will not buy anything else from them.

No response on customer service phone and email .
I tried to call straight three day for cancel my order .
and in the website said your customer service is 7 days a week.

After spending 213.00 for a new upper denture and upon ordering was very pleased when I got the notification it out for delivery. I watched for fedx all day to no avail so that evening around 6 I checked my email and it said that it had been delivered. so I looked at the photo the post and not only was it NOT MY HOUSE IT WAS IN A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TOWN. We sent emails and tried calling several times a day to tell them what had happened and could not get ANY response from ANYONE from the company. everything on my end of the transaction was correct. It took almost a full month to finally get someone to talk to about it and finally got it straightened out or so we thought but low and behold they sent it to another address in the same wrong town yet again. another 8 days before we managed to speak to someone about it. FINALLY 2 days short of a full month the THIRD time they sent it to me we had them send us a picture of the label and it finally arrived. It took us threating to call my gov. owned card company as well as attorney generals in my state and the state where their licensed to file charges of fraud before ANYONE in that company to reach out. A person should not have to threaten a company with fraud and legal action just to get someone ANYONE to reach out, but that was their service. Will I ever use the company again ? NO NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN !! Be warned people.

The fact that they arrived in such a short time was fabulous. I was able to get them fitted and back in business with a beautiful smile all within 4 days! They look and feel beautiful.

Great product and price. They worked well for me.

Never received item. According to USPS a label was created,they are still waiting to receive package.Senior.com does not answer emails and the telephone number they give is not a working number.

I can't get them to fit in my mouth

I purchased them for my daughter and she does not seem able to make them work. Is there someone she can talk to on the phone? Orherwise I need a refund

Do not use Senior.com. my order took 2 weeks to deliver. When received it was missing parts and was used. I ordered a back support for my vehicle. It was missing the strap to wrap around the seat. When I unzipped the cover, the foam was discolored from someone else's sweat. Absolutely disgusting! The customer service numbers do not work and no one replies to emails. Absolute garbage company.
