Precios competitivos. Cumplieron con el plazo de entrega. He comprado varias veces y la verdad es que hasta ahora siempre me ha ido bien. He tenido que contactar con el servicio al cliente y también me han dado respuesta.

Venden productos sin stock real, cuando pasa el tiempo y no te llega, consultas el estado del envío y directamente te lo cancelan. Luego te envían un correo en inglés comunicándote que cancelan tu pedido porque no lo has pagado (falso). Te devuelven el dinero a las dos semanas con suerte, con lo que entre el tiempo que llevas esperando algo que nunca te va a llegar y la devolución tienen tu dinero un mes.
No recomendable.

Les pedí un SSD crucial x8 de 2Tb y despues de 5 dias ha llegado perfecto. El precio inmejorable 155€ con el envio, lo he registrado y analizado todo perfecto. Llame a los 3 dias para saber del envio me atendieron y explicaron el proceso, todo fue según como me explicaron.

My husband and I ordered a pizza maker from Madrid and Senetic company accepted payment right away. 3 days later, Senetic informed us by email that the delivery had been cancelled, without any further explanation at first, and then claiming that the card with which the payment had been made was "fraudulent" and asking us to contact our bank to find out more about the situation.
After checking with our bank, it appears that no blocking had been requested at the level of the bank (so Senetic lied claiming the bank was blocking the transaction). After several exchanges, Senetic finally admitted that they suspected fraud because the card used was from a Belgian banking institution, next that the payment had been made with a card whose holder name (mine) was different from that of the customer account (my husband).
The name was obviously different since it was my own husband, which my husband confirmed to them by phone call and email! Since when is it impossible to order an item on behalf of a third party? This is done on a very regular basis (for a gift, order within a company, etc.). Senetic has blocked our money and is asking me to pay again for the same item, without even knowing how soon we will be reimbursed for the first order. It seems that for Senetic, ordering on behalf of someone else is so amazingly odd (and criminal), and this despite of all the security checks that were used during the transaction and attested of our identity!
If the transaction appeared fraudulous in the first place, why did Senetic accept to receive the money and why did they keep it on their account until now without warning me personally that someone might have used my banking details?
Not very serious from Senetic to treat new potential customers that way!

Compramos un equipo equivocado y queríamos hacer la devolución. Equipo sin abrir y con precinto de garantía intacto (les envié fotos). Nos la han rechazado por ser empresa y con una excusa que no me apetece averiguar si es legal o no:
Estimados Señores,
Gracias por su solicitud. Su reclamación ha sido rechazada. Por favor, tenga en cuenta que los pedidos realizados por entidades que no tienen la condición de Consumidor no son elegibles para un período de reflexión de 14 días. Por Consumidor se considera un individuo privado que lleva a cabo una acción legal no vinculada ni afiliada con su actividad comercial.
Solo se puede recurrir la decisión enviando un correo electrónico a RMA @ senetic.com
No se aceptarán reclamaciones por teléfono

Después de escribirme con ellos (sólo por e-mail: vergonzoso!) me ofrecí a pagar el envío de la devolución y Senetic me contesta que aun y devolverlo tendría una penalización del 20%.
Cuando he visto que no soy el primero que le pasa me he animado a repetir el mensaje. Y añado: NO volveré a comprar a Senetic. De nada!

Buenos días! Después de la respuesta en TrustPilot por parte de Senetic, quiero añadir que después de 4 e-mails con su empresa, ya hemos buscado una manera de utilizar el equipo. Hubiéramos preferido comprar el que queríamos. Así que, me parece que ya se os ha dado suficiente margen con los e-mails para darnos una respuesta satisfactoria para nosotros y no lo hicísteis. Los problemas se solucionan a la primera, que nadie tiempo para irlo dedicándolo a algo que debería ser por omisión la respuesta clara y transparente de un proveedor: "sí, señor cliente, ningún problema en hacer la devolución". Como os dije "de nada!".
Y repito, NO os volveré a comprar porque no me había pasado nunca un problema como este para la devolución y que me disteis de respuesta una penalización del 20%; lamentable! Por un importe de más de 2.000 euros, pues 400 para vosotros... muy mal. Adiós!

I bought from a company, when I saw the product it is not compatible I wanted to return the product, they told me no, without giving me the opportunity to return it, even if they apply a surcharge.

Although I had to complain because it took 2 weeks to send the product when it was paid for express ups.

The product was intended for the Eastern European market which is the least of it.

Una vergüenza compro un producto y a la semana y media de haberlo comprado me lo cancelan y me dicen que si lo quiero tengo que pagar el doble. Para nada recomiendo este sitio

PEOR GESTION DE VENTA CON NUMEROSOS Y SEGUIDOS FALLOS TANTO EN EL ENVIO DE LOS PRODUCTOS COMO EN EL ASESORAMIENTO DE LOS MISMOS.
