Updated- Fault rectified
Ordered 12l dehumidifier last week.
Tried to put the wheels on....they don't fit, definitely holes are too small to fit the wheels in, thought that's ok I can deal with that, to find out that it collects no water. Was on for 6 hours straight in a room full of wet clothes and not a drop...
Customer service wasn't great.
UPDATE: After not receiving response, i searched clearpay (I luckily ordered through there) and it displayed an email address. I emailed my concerns and within minutes I received a reply apologising profusely about how I had been 'treated', he offered me everything he could plus a £50 gift card in which I had taken off the order for a replacement dehumidifier, he assured me he checked it all him self.
Recieved today and can say its working!!
Seems good so far and collecting moisture, nice and quiet too.
However I would say that their customer service isn't too great....

The productive itself is good though
The productive itself is good though, a longer power cable would be better and not as quiet as i would like. However I had a faulty one where it would not turn off automatically. I sent 2 emails and they never replied so had to phone them in the end, after being passed to 3 different people, i manage to get a return note and return the item, and now even though i know they they have received it back i still have had no response or refund so yet again im chasing them to find out when i will get a refund. So good product overall not so good after care or communication from Senelux

The 4 arm plant light is great, works well.
All I would say though, emailed Senelux a few times, no reply at all.
So if want support, might not be able to get.

J'ai récemment acheté la lampe LED Senelux SE-1000 pour mon projet de jardinage intérieur, et je suis absolument ravi de mon achat ! Ayant commandé ce produit depuis le Royaume-Uni pour une livraison en France, je m'attendais à un processus complexe et à des délais de livraison importants. À ma grande surprise, le produit est arrivé beaucoup plus tôt que prévu et en parfait état, bien emballé et sécurisé.
La qualité de la lumière produite par les diodes LED Samsung est tout simplement exceptionnelle. Mes plantes ont immédiatement réagi à cette source lumineuse et ont montré des signes de croissance accélérée en très peu de temps. L'efficacité énergétique de cette lampe est un autre point fort, avec une consommation d'électricité minime de 120W, ce qui se traduit par des économies significatives sur ma facture d'électricité.
La possibilité de régler l'intensité lumineuse grâce au ballast dimmable intégré est un véritable atout, me permettant d'ajuster la lumière en fonction des besoins spécifiques de mes plantes à différents stades de leur croissance. De plus, le design élégant, mince et léger de la lampe la rend extrêmement facile à manipuler et à positionner, garantissant que mes plantes reçoivent la lumière exactement où elles en ont besoin.
Je suis également très impressionné par la faible émission de chaleur et de bruit de cette lampe, créant un environnement de croissance paisible et sans risque pour mes plantes. Le rating IP65 est la cerise sur le gâteau, me donnant une tranquillité d'esprit totale quant à la fiabilité de mon investissement.

Does the job well
Replacement pump for one with a different brand name but exactly the same dimensions. Pump was as described and arrived in the expected time. Pump works well pulling water through a filter system and heating the water to just above room temperature. This is the 3rd pump from 3 different sources and they appear to work well for 2 or 3 years which is about usual for this type of pump.
