Sendmails.io is a costly copy of $44 Acelle - Email Marketing Web Application.

They simply copied Acelle product and rebranded as Sendmails and they don't have any server to send emails and we have to use third party SMTP servers Amazon SES, Sendgrid and other APIs to send emails. It will costs extra min. $25/ month for us. Sendmails just offering list storage and doing nothing.

Sendmails charging huge amounts starting $25 per month and $150 lifetime plan by tricking Amazon SES for $1(actually its $25 per month if you send 10k/per day) and You have to bear extra charges for sending emails. This is looting and You can't send any emails as they don't reply to your emails after purchasing plan.

You can do the same work using Acelle - Email Marketing Web Application for sending emails.

It is a replica of ACELLE MAIL SAAS sofware provided by Code Canyon OFFICIAL WEBSITE which is priced for 50$ ONLY at the official website and he is asking 150$ lifetime. Really. Why Pay the amount if the original debeloper is giving full software in just 50$ price with full acces. Only u have have configure and add into your own website sub-domain or use wix subsomain for free. He has just rebrabded the original developer

I purchased SendMails.io LTD for $399 by the end of May 2025 for 100K subscribers, expecting professional email marketing service.

ISSUES EXPERIENCED:
- ALL emails from SendMails.io go directly to SPAM (June 17-19, 2025)
- Not just my main domain - EVERY domain using SendMails.io affected
- Service worked for sending 2 emails after technical fixes, then failed again
- 100% deliverability failure - emails never reach inbox but go directly to spam folder

BUSINESS IMPACT:
- 20,000 subscribers unreachable
- Complete email marketing breakdown
- Forced to abandon platform and return to previous provider that I use successfully with Amazon SES since 5 years
- Significant revenue loss from non-functional campaigns

CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILURE:
- Refused refund despite total service breakdown
- No permanent solution for systematic SPAM issues
- Unprofessional and very slow response to legitimate complaints about broken service
- Only response from customer service is "We are here to help" as an excuse to reject refund claim for non functioning service.

This is not a minor issue - it's complete service failure. When ALL emails go to SPAM, the service is worthless. Losing $399 for a completely non-functional product.

UPDATE: Still waiting for reasonable response from support team. Their only response so far is "As there have been no further updates or queries, we’ll be closing this ticket for now." Clearly a dishonest company.

The proof that they are dishonest is that most of their reviews are fake. If you look closely, you'll noticed that some reviews are duplicated with different names. And you'll also notice that most of them have quite the same length (2 or 3 lines max) which is a very bad sign. I recommand Trustpilot to monitor this account closely.

Fraudulant, promises refund as their platform do not work correctly, been over 1 month, no refund ust lies and excuses!

AVOID this service!!!

Refuse to pay monthly for anything. SendMails? Paid once in 2021. Still works. Automation’s not fancy, but my e-com store’s repeat buyers doubled.

Poor deliverability and doesn't work as i assumed to be. Tried with google mail and hostinger's premium email and did everything to make sure it ll work.

Worst support ever i've seen. they are not responding my ticket or support chat,
they claim they do about Amazon ses, its not that easy,
I want my money back, or else i'll mark you as scam.

I'm quite happy with the send mail email service. The email campaigns with no limits and the lead capture tools are fantastic!

The features you get are more than enough for any small to medium-sized business, and it integrates smoothy with my existing tools. Definitely worth the investment!

The software, at its base was an SMPT interface - all was dependent YOU securing a 3rd party SMPT server or else Sendmails doesn't do ANYTHING.

Sendmails is WELL aware that its advertised promises of what it will connect with - namely Amazon AWS - does NOT work the way they've promised and their forums are full of pissed off customers who were unable to connect Sendmails.

The software simply did not live up to the promises - missing or broken features, a horribly rudimentary UX out of the 90's, broken links coupled with non-existent customer service (really... I've had to ask for a refund 5 times now over the past 3 months and they're STILL just making promises that they'll fix it)

As a non-profit, we need cost-effective solutions, and SenMails.io has been perfect for us. The platform is affordable, yet it doesn't skimp on features. We've been able to run successful campaign without breaking the bank, and the ease of use means even our volunteers can manage it. I'm so glad we found this tool!

I write more then 3 times i want get my money back i had 4 days my account and it stil dont work. i paid for $200 dollar and i cant send emails i hope they give me my money back
