I like its ability to pull multiple meetings at once and create data tables for me. So convenient!
I purchased this product to use with my CRM system. Their automation doesn't work. They've informed me they won't fix the automation and I cannot have a refund. I will be cancelling my service and never using this product again. I highly recommend users to beware of this company - they do not care about customer satisfaction and when a refund is requested they do the usual 'Read our T&C's' - very poor behaviour.
