I would strongly advise other businesses to be very cautious before signing up with Selos.
We paid £875 over two months after being sold the service on the basis that it would generate a guaranteed level of leads. In reality, we received only two leads during that period, which fell far short of what we were led to expect when agreeing to the campaign. Although they continue to say we will carry on until you get the guaranteed leads but at the current run rate it would take nearly it would take 5 years and 5 months to deliver the 60 leads based on the campaigns performance to date.
The full terms of service were not provided to us before we entered into the agreement. I accept that I should have insisted on seeing them first, but I took the sales claims and assurances in good faith. Based on our experience, I now feel the service was misrepresented and that the guarantees used during the sales process were not delivered.
When we raised our concerns and requested a refund, this was refused. We were then left with no option but to raise a formal payment dispute. Once the dispute was opened, the campaign was immediately suspended, our portal access was removed, and we were informed that any future replies or leads from the 2,684 emails already sent would not be forwarded while the dispute remained active.
For a service sold around guaranteed lead generation, paying £875 and receiving only two leads has been extremely disappointing. The overall experience has left us feeling heavily let down and mis-sold.
Harvey was super nice up to the point we began questioning the viability of the claims and guarantee's made.
My advice would be to request every guarantee, refund condition and service term in writing before making any payment. Do not rely solely on verbal assurances or headline promises.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company.

We're disappointed by your comments as they omit several important facts.
At the time the dispute was raised, your campaign remained active and was continuing to generate opportunities. As discussed throughout the campaign, our guarantee is fulfilled by continuing to work on the campaign until the agreed lead target is achieved.
Your claim that it would take "5 years and 5 months" to achieve the target is based on a simple extrapolation of early campaign results and ignores the reality that outbound campaigns are continually optimised. We were actively monitoring and refining your campaign on a near-daily basis, improving targeting, messaging and performance as more data became available. Response rates were increasing and opportunities were being generated when the dispute was raised.
Unfortunately, rather than allowing that process to continue, you chose to initiate a chargeback and terminate the campaign prematurely.
Once a chargeback is initiated, we have no option but to suspend services immediately. We cannot reasonably be expected to continue funding campaign infrastructure, software, data, monitoring and management costs whilst the payment for those services is simultaneously being disputed. As a result, campaign activity, portal access and lead processing were suspended with immediate effect.
As the matter is now subject to a formal payment dispute, we will provide the full correspondence, campaign records and supporting evidence to Stripe for independent review.
