After a couple of hiccups understanding what was needed when selling the first holding, I found the sale and communication process for the next holding very good.
Many seniors find operating via the internet challenging. However, with patience from both us and the company, a most pleasing outcome was achieved.

Best website ever

Best website I have ever used. Everything logical, easy and smooth.
Trying to use the main opposition's website is like trying to get past a moat full of crocodiles. They sent an email saying they had simplified everything recently, but they really only replaced the crocodiles with alligators. At least they deleted the photos of beautiful happy families that purportedly enjoy using the site.

Love "Sell my shares"

Love Sell my shares, 2nd time dealing with them. So quick and easy. Few hoops to jump through but no more than anything else these days. Would definetly recommend.
