SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I do not trust any of these positive reviews in the SLIGHTEST, and neither should you. Seller interactive took thousands and thousands of pounds off me promising to deliver results saying that they needed more time to gather data and that it was going to take time so I trusted and listened to them. Thousands of pounds down the drain and they actually impacted my business negatively more than they did positively because any of the organic sales I had coming in stopped because of them trying their new approach which did nothing! It was incredibly difficult to contact them via email and they would get annoyed when I wanted updates with things saying that this would be discussed at the next meeting and I should wait. I bought an additional add on to have my listing images created on Amazon and it looks like they were made by someone with no experience at all, spelling mistakes everywhere and just terrible poorly created content. I was constantly having my team of people changed in and out for whatever reason but that’s a bad sign itself. Please do not go with these “gurus” they are a pathetic excuse of a company and will take your money leaving you nothing to show for it.

Ammar's team at Seller Interactive did a great job setting up our product listings and A+ content. Amazon Seller can be extremely tricky to navigate, so having expert guidance really made a difference.

Don't waste your money here. Takes forever to see any work come from them and they drag their feet to keep collecting money. Their work is basically copy and paste. We have been on Amazon for over a decade with no issues. After hiring Seller Interactive our listings started getting suppressed and pulled from Amazon. Hiring Seller Interactive was costly mistake. Terrible. I hired them to create listing content for my Amazon products and the plan was to hire them to run my marketing. I would review their images, make comments and small changes. Then 1 - 2 weeks later they would maybe make 1 fix. Sometimes not even correctly. get fixed. So I had to keep repeating and trying to explain the simplest thing by e-mail because they won't use the phone. So what they probably counted as 5 revisions was just me asking 5 times to fix the same thing. They only did 2/3 of the content and then ghosted. Very professional! And they couldn't even send me the native files, so I had something I could work with to finish it. Instead every time I asked they sent me the same 1 file with the same 2 images over and over again. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Seller Interactive that cost me months of work and thousands of dollars. I hired them to create Amazon listings for my business, and despite my clear instructions to avoid using trademarked terms, they ignored my warnings. This negligence resulted in Amazon issuing an Intellectual Property Complaint and removing my listings, effectively destroying all the progress we had made.

From the beginning, I repeatedly emphasized the importance of compliance with Amazon's policies and provided detailed instructions to avoid potential issues. Seller Interactive initially agreed, but their team ultimately ignored these instructions, reintroducing prohibited terms into the listing without notifying me.

Their mistake caused my Amazon listings to be permanently deleted, wasting six months of effort and significant advertising investments. When I brought this issue to their attention, they admitted fault but refused to issue a refund for the $15,000 I spent on their services. Instead, they made vague promises to fix the issue, only to delay or fail to follow through entirely.

As a result, I am now in the process of pursuing legal action against them for the damages caused and the work they failed to deliver. Their lack of accountability, poor communication, and inability to meet basic professional standards have been devastating for my business.

If you value your time, money, and business, avoid Seller Interactive at all costs.

I have been working with Seller Interactive for almost 12 months now. Despite a very slow start, my new team is now adding value and allowing me to focus on other aspects of my business.

The sales team definitely oversold the results they would create and the speed at which they would create them. This put me in the mindset that they would just take over all advertising and creative for Amazon, sales would increase, and cost would decrease. Things did not end up working this way. I ended up having to get much more involved than I expected. In retrospect, I should have treated them like any other employee, training them, and helping them understand my brand. Essentially delegating to them rather than abdicating to them. Many of the initial issues could have been prevented by more involvement from me at the beginning.

For best results, I would recommend:

Content Creation: Stay involved with content creation. Hold them accountable to timelines and make sure they understand the brand and product differentiators and highlight those. If not, your content might end up uninspired, off-brand, and missing the key aspects of your products.

Keywords and Product Names: Review their keywords and naming suggestions. They might have some good ideas, but make sure they are not steering your product off course with off brand or over repetitive keywords.

Copywriting: Make sure to review the copy. The first versions I received were uninspired, poorly written, and repetitive. With lots of revisions, we were able to land on some good copy, but expect to spend time here.

PPC and Sponsored Advertising: This is the place SI might have the most room for improvement. I seem to have great PPC team now, but they don't seem to have a tight system or strategy around this. It seems like results are dependent on the team you get. Keep an eye on your advertising KPI's, keywords, and negative keywords and hold them accountable. Make sure you understand their strategy and what they are doing. If you don't feel like you are getting the results you expect, let them know and ask for a new person.

Amazon Expertise: Utilize their knowledge of the system. They know how to play the Amazon game. Take advantage of this.

All in all, I am very happy with my current team. It took much more time and effort to get here than I expected but has proven worth it. Stay involved, work closely with your team, and I think you can have some great results with Seller Interactive.

Company found my linked in then continued to message me over and over explaining how I need them. They think linked a "similar" product that is in the same relative niche but completely different subsection and explained how I was missing tons of keywords. Showed me a screenshot from helium10 dashboard which I giggled at. You might trick some people but not anyone with a brain. Goodluck!

So far using Seller Interactive is the absolute worst thing we could have done. Our expenses have climbed drastically, and our ROAS has absolutely plummeted. I am only writing this review now, because the timeframe in which everything was supposed to be up, running, and improving has gone and passed, and I have no no good responses as to why our account hasn't been getting better. I thought I was horrible at Amazon, but our ROAS and sales were much better when I managed them myself. Plus, I hardly spent 10 minutes per months adjusting things. I didn't have the huge monthly fee I have now, and am locked in with SI another couple months. The A+ content they are implementing looks good, but not sure if it's ever going to do anything. If this improves, I'll adjust my rating, but as of now, this is an absolute joke.
