Everyone was very helpful and pleasant to talk.

The people I spoke to were very patient and answered my questions with respect to my lack of knowledge in the subject matter…my only complaint is that the entire phone call and process was dam close to 2 hours before I could finally hang up,, although I am pleased with the results to date,, I still feel the need to complain about something… lol… should you for any reason decide that it’s a good idea to send me bullshit emails or voice messages, please be advised that I won’t be responding with the same kindness as I currently am…. Thank you

I called around 4:30pm. I spoke to Jessica Lundquist. Let me tell you, she was exceptional!!! She stayed on the phone with me for almost 2 hours. She explained what’s available in my area then in DETAIL what’s covered, what the cost is, the differences between the companies. How those differences impact you. I asked question after question sometimes asking the same question over again. Not once did she get annoyed, rude or just plain done with me. She was friendly, very personable and most of all, patient. It’s been a very long time since I’ve had any body treat me so well. In my humble opinion she deserves a raise, a promotion or both. When the home call was over, I wasn’t aggravated or stressed out. I felt informed. Thank yo Jessica!!!

Great client relations. The advisors I spoke with was intuitive about finding what I needed. They listened to what I had to say. They discussed my new plan with me. They broke it down in a manner so I could have a clear picture of my new policy I was not pressured to take the new policy. My questions were answered in a respectful manner.
