I'm actually quite annoyed that a…

I was initially quite annoyed, as I was sold the meter, but was not able to have it show my information.
After my first review, the company contacted me, and helped me to have the information displayed.
You actually have to upload personal information to get the meter to work. Something I wasn't really happy with.
Good support after my review.

SeeZero IHD

When I first plugged the IHD in it was showing that the electric was disconnected in the "now" section. I had a lot of help from Russell and in the end messaged EDF about it. They replied that the electricity was connected. I informed Russell who said "leave it with me". It is now working perfectly

The device works fine but I have the…

The device works fine but I have the problem of it’s not displaying the duel rate tariff I’m on, it’s only showing the night time rate. I have asked my electric provider to look into the problem. Displays enough information for my requirements.
