I placed an order and received nothing so I contacted them and they re-sent the order and I still recieved nothing. To their credit they refunded my money but I would rather have received the seeds.

I have ordered seeds for over six months now. Never received them and never got a refund despite all the e-mails and communication with them. I have requested a refund which I have never received.
I can now conclude I got scammed from Seedfella. This is very unprofessional and disappointing.

I bought some seeds from them recently. No seed has germinated. Contacted the support, they refused to offer any help.

Scam website. This company presents as though they are located in the UK or NJ, depending on where the info comes from. The seeds however are shipped directly from China. When I realized the seeds I purchased were coming from China I requested a refund. I was denied twice. The company stalls and evades the customer for great lengths to make it more difficult for the customer to receive a refund. I did a chargeback through my credit card company for fraudulence and received my money back via that route. The seeds eventually came anyway, but they are not the seeds I ordered. I ordered 100 pink pride of Barbados seeds which I am very familiar with. True POB seeds are tan, triangular, and about the size of a pencil eraser. What I received was a packet of tiny round black seeds—identified as possibly kale, broccoli, or mustard seeds. Definitely not what I paid for. Stay far far away from this company.

ABSOLUTE FRAUD, TOOK MY PAYMENT, NO DELIVERY DETAILS, TOTAL SCAMMERS. SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS WITH NO RESOLUTION. SHOULD BE BANNED

I ordered seeds in December 2025, it’s March 2026 and after sending them countless emails I got a reply today stating that my seeds were lost in transit. A refund has been promised but I highly doubt I’ll get it. Not good enough!

Paid in good faith (and the company RECEIVED MY MONEY because it was DEDUCTED from my account).
Did not receive a confirmation email (that ACTUAL and trusted companies send).
The company sent me a bogus email showing a fake screen shot of my email address with ‘no details’ typed underneath.
Their email was not signed off either a name or a company logo.
It was worth the loss of $21 to tell them EXACTLY what I thought of them - and it wasn’t pretty.
The company also sent me text message notification TODAY (27/06/2026) dated 13/03/2026 - STILL thinking that I was STUPID enough to believe their BS.
I wish there were a ZERO star rating, because that’s what I would have given them.

Absolute scam, daylight robbery!!

Never received my order and refused a refund. They just keep saying it is on its way. When you order they take payment but do not process the actual order at that time. Many days later I got an email saying the order was finally being processed. The site says up to 16 days for delivery. It has been a month.

Save yourself hassle and drama and use a different seed company.

Scam, send me seeds that wouldn't germinate in any conditions. I asked for others that were not dead and they told me it was my problem. I don't have problems with good seeds, just bad ones they sent me.

Absolutely rude, it's been 1 month now and still no seed's. I've been asked to be patient, I believe I've been patient enough especially where it says my order seems to not be shipped yet or stuck in Melbourne . I'm getting 2 different updates. I would not recommend the business, it's not worth it at all... Apparently comes from Bulgaria as well.

Nothing goes good with this scam! It is a scam! Keep away.

They don’t deserve any star! ordered seeds 3 weeks ago, they are always sending the same bullshit e-mail reply and not willing to refund. Big scam, lost 80 euros😩

My turn now... not recommend this seedfella...also expensive compare to others... i didn't receive what i ask and the customer service answer aproximatly....

I only gave one star because you don't show any in the negative.
After reading the reviews I'm not so sure that the seeds I ordered are even what they say they are
If anyone has a physical address for these people I would like to serve legal process.

Ich habe ebenfalls 15 Euro verloren. Absolute Betrugsfirma. Weil der Betrag meist gering ist, kommen sie so davon weil, es zu aufwendig ist sie zu verklagen.
Es wird sogar behauptet, die Ware sei zugestellt worden, obwohl nichts ankam. Absoluter Fake!!!

Ho ordinato una pianta di caprifoglio blu dopo 60 giorni e una decina di mail mi è arrivata una piccola bustina che ho rifiutato e mandato indietro chiedendo il rimborso.loro dicono che mi hanno mandato il prodotto giusto 31 euro persi sono degli imbroglioni non ho parole

I should rate this merchant zero ⭐️ but there’s no zero and only 1 star. They must be a scammer as my experience.

Didn't receive product seeds waited for weeks nothing

Zaden gekregen behalve 1 soort. Mail gestuurd en redelijk vriendelijk maar fout antwoord ontvangen. Na de volgende mail een kort onbeschoft antwoord ontvangen. Ze blijven zeggen dat alles correct is ook al kan ik aantonen dat ze betaald zijn maar niet op de pakbon staan. Zeer klantonvriendelijk en louche bedrijf.
