SecuriCare Arvostelua 

I have always found Securicare to be most professional, helpful, reliable and approachable over the 17 years I have been using them. I trust them with my medical appliance needs and on the very rare occasions when something hasn't been quite right they have always promptly rectified it.
My only gripe ...I have asked that my parcel is left in the parcel box by my front door in case I am out or it is wet, but it is usually left on the doorstep with a quick knock and only once put in the box.

I never ordered belts but got 2
I never ordered cavelon sticks but got 6 boxes
I did o4der 4 adhesive remover but got none

Securicare remind me when I’m running low!! I place my order and I receive it without question every time . Staff are amazing and so friendly and helpful

It was the usual experience, good. Sometimes my surgery send my prescription but Securicare don’t receive it within the time limit. One of the staff always call to let me know this has happened, which is good as I’m waiting for my order. On occasion they have given me extra which is good for peace of mind. All in all I’m very happy with Securicare

Securicare has provided great service for some years. but the change to a GP practice signing service had caused a break in supplies which was very difficult, Thank you, Securicare for following up on my lack of supplies and reaching out when we had problems with the rural phone network {they kindly sent me a card through the post}
Lets hope that the next delivery is not impeded.

Phoned to cancel one months supply because I have built up enough stock to be able to do this.
The receptionist was very nice.

Great communication - once they have received my prescription they act promptly to get my order ready. If an item is not in stock, they usually call me to offer an alternative item. Very friendly and polite Staff.
