My husband and I had credit cards that had extremely high interest rates making the minimum payments outrageous. We decided to sign up w/ Secure One financial debt counseling to help us pay off the cards in a reasonable amount of time. Lisa Mitchell was our agent and she was thorough and answered all our questions and concerns so far.

Folks, take my word for it. This message is intended to save everyone from the headaches that I endured by trying other and in hindsight substandard financial institutions. Not only we’re making a small fortune on me but I wasn’t even getting credit for my payments as they were paying my creditors as a third party. This is very important to understand, when your creditors are getting reimbursed by a third party you effectively destroying your own credit far beyond what it is currently and could and should be in the future. I could go on and on about the customer service but I think I’ve highlighted the most important part for you, the client.
