Exclusive staff are always on time and will contact the ward with estimated time of arrival. They always communicate effectively with staff and make the transfer of even the most difficult patient much easier. Exclusive staff always treat the patient with dignity and respect and attempt to establish rapport, putting the patient at ease which ensure a safe and incident free transfer. Exclusive staff are always extremely supportive of the nursing team and when they are bringing a patient to the ward give a clear handover of how the patient has presented in their care.
Having dealt with Exclusive on numerous occasions and having experience of other transport providers I find the service delivered by Exclusive to be the best (both for staff and patients).

The crew members who assisted with a conveyance were very professional, caring, supportive and handled the situation sensitively and calmly.

Exclusive are always polite and courteous both when booking the transport and also when transporting patients to and from destinations.. Nothing is ever to much trouble and if i have any issues that need resolving with a booking there is always someone there to help . They are also always punctual and ring if they are going to be late due to traffic.

Really exceptional and professional service received from todays transport of a patient on Monday. Really professional and efficient team. Very well organised and remained very friendly towards young person we were transferring. Felt incredibly safe and comfortable with the staff. Special thanks to Jo, Liam and Phil. Apologies as I forgot the fourth persons name. However, they were all very professional and a well experienced team.
