Dress-for-less.nl rebranding
Dress-for-less.nl rebranding to hide bad reputation?
Absolutely disgraceful experience. I returned a pair of shoes, but the store never even bothered to pick up the package, so it got sent back to me.
I filed a complaint through the Dress-for-less.nl website, clearly outlining their mishandling—but got no response whatsoever, and of course, no refund.
Now the Dress-for-less.nl website has conveniently vanished, and my complaint has mysteriously disappeared from SecretSales too—even though both are part of the same company, Lifestyle Retail Group.
Looks like they’re hiding behind rebranding and corporate reshuffling to ditch responsibility and silence complaints.
Avoid these companies at all costs. They take your money, ignore your claims, and disappear when it suits them.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we're sorry to hear there was an issue.
Please note that LRG Online has never had ownership of a Dress For Less NL website - we have a Secret Sales website for our Dutch customers or a Dress For Less website for our German customers.
https://www.secretsales.nl/
https://www.dress-for-less.de/
LRG purchased Dress For Less in March 2024, if you placed an order with them prior to this, we would sadly be unable to assist you.
If your order was in fact placed on Secret Sales NL, please reach out to us with your details and we'll be happy to look into your query: https://www.secretsales.nl/contact-us/
Kind regards,
Secret Sales

Een lichte onvoldoende
Een lichte onvoldoende. Het geleverde product was in goed staat, maar... verder was de ervaring vrij waardeloos. Het verkeerde product werd bezorgd (schoenen, drie maten kleiner dan besteld). Communicatie is moeilijk. Retour zenden kan, maar voor rekening van de klant (internationale post).

Slow delivery
Ordered sunglasses over 3 weeks ago. Keep receiving emails that the item is on its way. Rubbish, still waiting. It just arrived in my country. They wrote me that the seller shipped it on time. They make it my problem now. First time buy, would not recommend.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we're very sorry to see it was delayed in transit with the courier.
We did not make this your problem, we assured you that this would be raised with the seller so that the courier could investigate. We have since let you know that a refund has been processed, as sadly it has been deemed as lost in transit.
We apologise sincerely for the disappointment caused.

We can see you contacted us via email and we responded promptly to explain that the seller had shipped internationally and there was a delay in transit, you had access to the tracking information and we can assure you that there is no scam.
We're pleased to confirm the order was delivered after your review was left but apologise again for the delay.

Absolute Scammers…
Order number: M004092640-a-A
Absolute Scam, do not order from here. I placed an order for three full sets of men’s lounge wear and all three sets had the t-shirts missing. Within the same order I ordered a three pack of men’s t-shirts and received only one t-shirt! There is no way to call this pathetic company by phone and their chat agents are incompetent and do not reply adequately. I paid for items which I did not fully receive!!! You have to pay to return goods and reading the other reviews they do not fully refund you for returned items.

Hi Rihanna, thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
To clarify, your order was placed on SecretSales.com but this review has been shared on our NL platform. We note that you have already left several reviews on the UK site, to which we have responded fully.
As a marketplace platform, all orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly by third party sellers. While we do our best to ensure smooth service, any issues with the items received are the responsibility of the seller and we have to liaise with them to reach a resolution - this isn't always something that can be done quickly.
We haven't been able to respond immediately each time you've reached out as your query has required multiple investigations, but the team are doing their best to support you.
We apologise again for the inconvenience.
Kind regards,
Secret Sales
