I'm sorry but it needs to be said I order a two pairs of sunglasses I returned on well sm waiting for it to be collected. Reason being that the colour that was shown online was much much darker than what I was presented with through the post so I'm returning it the second pair was the birth of windy supposed to be polarized the reason why I'm doing this again is because one I've got no disease needs to be protected by the sun rays so I need a high quality pair of sunglasses these are no way polarized neither whether the exact pair that were online totally different design altogether in fact I actually took a picture of it and searched it on Google and it doesn't exist I don't know what to believe but my mind said it is probably think I'm not going to say not to order from secret sales because I've been ordering for them for over 20 years a very long time and I have to say that it's been happening to often and I feel that I just can't trust this website anymore I have to show them the differences in the photos this is shim I can't do it here because you exactly understand what I'm trying to explain and see for yourself the glasses that I receive is nothing to what I saw online

When I said collection, I meant I was sent a return label for royalmail to collect.however royal mail did not have a label of the return address neither did the paperless qr code had a return address

You are quick to reply in defense yet tou have failed your customers. Please send me a return label for both of the fake glasses

720618 enquiry.its dragging on for too long I'm so fedup. I don't want tou items.please allow me to return them so i can get my money back and never buy from tou ever again

Please can you cooperate it's for the past two days you've been ignoring me on Twitter you've been ignoring me on emails and I've also put messages on Facebook I just want you to give me a free return label for a pair of glasses that are not what I ordered these are not what I ordered they're totally different they are fake I have scanned them on Google scanner and they don't even come up with the name you can see that they're not the exact pair of glasses I want to return them and I want my money back so I don't have to be on here moaning or the time I refuse to buy anything from you guys ever again you're not the best of customer service no you don't do collections it's Royal Mail that does that you need to generate a return label for free so that royal milk can come and collect my parcel and I want it done as soon as possible because it's been dragging on from since last week and you've been totally on cooperative. M003269205-a-A bertha wendy glasses are fake and nit polarized I have sent photos

Please can you generate a new return label for the first pair of glasses that I was supposed to return the barcode does not work anymore please could you generate the label these glasses are not what is online and it is your responsibility to support the customer if the items are fully or not what it is we should not have to pay for them to be returned if the goods are not what they are

Perfect! Super mooie tas

Bestellingen altijd in goede orde ontvangen.

I had a query with my return - I was unable to locate it so contacted the Live chat help centre. I was dealt with promptly and efficiently by an advisor called Zareem. I had been struggling all week as the website was unable to locate my items. I genuinely thought I was going to have to keep everything. She was super helpful and even gave me a code so I didn’t have to pay to return both sets of parcels! Thank you so much Secret Sales and particularly Zareem 🤗

Product was scherp geprijsd.
Snelle en veilige levering.

i have just placed an order i wished i could have read the reviews first, am now worried, i hope my experience with secret sales will be a positive one , feeling worried now

Cancelled my order within one minute of taking my money and then told me I would have to wait 5 days for a refund.

Refunded the money eventually but took £2.99 for postage when they cancelled the order.

What a scam!

Ok so after posting my recent experience with Secret Sales as a 1 star, absolutely disappointed that my items had not arrived. All of them arrived absolutely as described a day after the review. I can return the item I don’t believe I ordered at the cost of the postage. So overall I managed to bag myself 3 pairs of ASOS leather boots, 2 beautiful coats and a Topshop corduroy jacket, all for £50. I will have to eat my words. I would say, still be cautious, as my previous order did not go as smoothly as this one.
Thank you Secret Sales 🙏
