Guys don't buy it don't waste your time don't waste money. This robot was gone after 6 weeks of work. Waterproofness is only ip68 so the water gets inside easyly.
Obviously AliExpress seller didn't give a damn about me, so I took it apart and the board was covered with water from condensation. After cleaning it, was working fine to the nextime 2-3 weeks after. I did the same thing again. And it happens every 2weeks. This machine is a piece of crap. Same as the facturer, never got response from them.

It worked fine until it didn't after 8 months. I filed a warranty claim online with them and got no response. I sent an email with no response. I called in and got their call center agent, but they haven't followed up. This is clearly a cheap Chinese company. Fortunately I bought an extended warranty and am making progress on getting it fixed.

Very poor quality. The robot broke after 10 months; it doesn't work at all anymore. The website claims there is a one-year warranty, but I don't believe a word of it, because they simply don't respond. So, don't buy anything here.

When I first purchased the Crab Sea Auto a couple of years ago, I noticed it would either operate in one area, or would navigate in a haphazard manner: there was no rhyme or reason to its movements. I resigned its usage as a once over device to pick up small debris at the bottom of the pool after I vacuum the pool manually, which actually defeats the purpose of purchasing the device in the first place. It hardly picks up a whole leaf due to the positioning of its internal one-way flap, which likely blocks the leaf from entering the canister. I once read from an owner on another review that he had actually removed the flap, but I didn’t want to do that because I didn’t want the debris captured in flap to float out.

Un año y una semana después de mi compra, las baterías ya no funcionan y el servicio posventa es pésimo. No lo recomiendo.

This company sent a bad battery to me.
It failed within 45 days and a company representative said this $172 item was past the 30 days and would not help me!!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! Worse experience ever, worked for 5 months and then just died. Customer support is non existent.

Here's yet another review saying DO NOT BUY this product. Our machine worked pretty well for 8 months. Then it just died. We've been at it with their customer service reps for 6 weeks now with NO RESPONSE. Like others, the reps who answer the phone give the same lame response about "escalating" it. To whom? They won't say. Where are they? They won't say. Their warranty is non-existant and this is very dishonorable company. Today I start calls to the FTC, BBB and my state's (FL) Attorney General. SEAUTO needs to be banned from doing any business in the USA.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEM FROM SEAUTO ROBOTS. I ordered direct from Seauto Robots a cordless pool cleaner Seal model but received a Shark model that did not work. The display panel does not light up. Called Seauto the same day of receiving unit. Was emailed a questionnaire about the unit and order information. Filled it out the best I could and submitted the same day. After no response called spoke with representative that could not give me any information other than to wait for service contact. This went on for several weeks and still was never contacted. Finally called Discover which is how purchased the unit and filled a dispute. Won the dispute so I lucked out and got my money back.
THIS IS A RIP OFF COMPANY!

I ordered and paid for a battery. I received the wrong battery. I have emailed for a couple months now with no response! I called many times and the customer service ladies say they are prioritizing my issue and I should hear, through email, a response within 24 hrs. But this never happens. Battery was $140.00 and I can't use it. No help or response from SEAUTOROBOTS!

Purchased a seauto pool vacuum, arrived used dirt and with no charger, called so many times and have been told they will call back,this company is the worst I have ever had to deal with.They now will not give me even a number to call or a address to return the cleaner .They are a scam company do not give them your money

Purchased and paid for 2 months ago. Still haven't received it; the package was sent to Bulgaria instead of Belgium. The shipping address we provided was correct. No response to our many emails...

Seems Seauto (Lodaba Store) doesn't honor their products and their warranties... phone number doesn't work, after you give them all details they still don't make any effort to help.

Pendant les 4 premiers mois, le robot fonctionnait parfaitement. Ensuite, il s'est mis à ne plus vouloir s'éteindre lorqu'on le sortait de l'eau.
J'ai contacté le service client via Aliexpress qui m'a demandé une vidéo. Puis plus de nouvelles. J'ai relancé plusieurs fois. Les messages ne sont mêmes pas lus.
En démontant le robot, j'ai pu voir que de l'eau s'est infiltrée. Plusieurs pièces étaient rouillées et un cours-circuit a eu raison du robot.

Bref pas cher mais ne vaut pas plus.

Kunden Service wird anscheinend nicht groß geschrieben, ist nicht so wichtig.
Man kann sich das schon leisten.
Keine Antwort bekommen.
Hatte das Produkt SAT20PRO 2026 gekauft und anscheinend nicht das bestellte Teil bekommen. Die verschiedenen Versionen haben leicht unterschiedliche Farben.
Denke die haben mir eine alte Version geschickt, aber den aktuellen Preis abgeluchst.

I ordered the small robot, got it a few weeks later but it will not charge. Says it’s charged but won’t turn on. I contacted customer support and was excited because I got a real person right away, they did a troubleshooting ticket and sent a form to fill out. I submitted all the info including pics and a video as requested. Received an email saying they will not warranty or replace the robot because they can’t find where I bought it from them. I sent screen shots of my purchase, receipts, bank statement and still won’t acknowledge me I reported it to my credit card as fraud and they are working on it.
They company (that says I didn’t purchase from them) sent an automated review email and I laid it all out on the review with a bad review, they sent a follow up email saying how sorry they were and they would send an immediate replacement free of charged asap. A month later and still nothing. I asked for a tracking number but no response.
Absolutely DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM!

Le produit commandé n'est plus disponible alors on prend un autre robot. Pas trop gênant. Par contre le robot tombe en panne au bout d'un an jour pour jour après une dizaine d'utilisation et là catastrophe aucune réponse à mes mails. Résultat un robot qui ne fonctionne pas avec une batterie neuve inutilisable.

SEAUTO crab pro acheté en Août 2025 et une chenille a déjà cassé. Le 26 avril 2026 le contacte SEAUTO via aliexpress qui me demande une photo que j'envoie. On me demande mes coordonnées et mon numéro de commande le 28 avril que je fournis immédiatement. Nous somme le 7 mai et depuis aucune réponse malgré ma relance. Pas sérieux

EDIT/ J'ai depuis eu des nouvelles et la garantie a joué. Mais ce fut long et fastidieux. Le SAV est à améliorer

Terrible customer service. No one answers the phone. Beyond frustrated.

After 7 months the seauto crab stopped working due loading problems , after contacting the customer service no response for 2 weeks because they were on holiday , after that they asked videos and proof of purchase.I send all , there reaction was sorry we cant find your order details , we cant help you . Clearly a scam company not willing to forfill their warranty duties.
Dont buy from this bad manufacterer and dont believe their promisses !you will get screwed
