I am replying here by updating my original review, as I do not have the option to respond directly below your reply.
Thank you for your response.
However, this does not change the fact that:
• I received conflicting information regarding transferability
• Tickets were delivered only a few hours before the match, making any resale impossible
• Customer support was not available when needed (phone unavailable on Saturday)
Regarding the price, I understand that the original face value may have been displayed on the platform, however this was not clearly evident during my purchase process, or at least not in a way that made the difference fully obvious at the time.
While this may be a fan-to-fan exchange, the overall experience and customer support are still your responsibility.
Paying over £230 per ticket for a ticket originally priced around £75, combined with late delivery and lack of clear support, resulted in a very poor experience.

Bad service ever!
I purchased two tickets for Wales vs Italy – Six Nations 2026 at Principality Stadium through Seat Unique.
The official price of these tickets was around £75 each, but through Seat Unique I paid approximately £230 per ticket, which means over £460 in total. That is already a very large markup compared to the official ticket price.
The real issue, however, was the lack of transparency and support.
Weeks before the match I contacted customer support because I realised I might not be able to attend the game. At first I was told that the tickets were not transferable. Later I was told that they could potentially be transferred, which created a lot of confusion.
I tried to solve the situation by contacting support again and even calling the phone number provided, but the phone service was not available on Saturdays, which is extremely inconvenient when the event takes place during the weekend.
The tickets were then sent only a few hours before the match, leaving almost no time to arrange any transfer or resale.
Because of this extremely late delivery, it became practically impossible to organise an alternative solution, even though I had tried to address the issue well in advance.
Overall this was a very frustrating experience:
• Tickets sold at a price far higher than the official value
• Conflicting information about transferability
• Very late ticket delivery
• Limited customer support availability
For an international event like the Six Nations, customers expect a much higher level of clarity and support.
I hope Seat Unique reviews this situation and improves the way ticket delivery and customer assistance are handled.

Luca secured 2 tickets via the Supporter exchange, powered by Seat Unique
The supporter exchange platform operates as a fan-to-fan ticket exchange service, designed to help supporters who can no longer attend an event resell their tickets directly to other fans.
All tickets listed on the site are uploaded by individual sellers (not the event organisers or WRU). These sellers originally purchased WRU tickets but are unable to attend and wish to pass them on to fellow supporters.
To ensure fairness and compliance with resale guidelines, the original face value of each ticket (the price set by WRU at initial sale) must be clearly displayed before any purchase is completed, which is the case with the platform.
Luca contacted us, saying he could no longer attend the event, and asked how he could resell the tickets. As the tickets he has secured are resale tickets, they are non-refundable/non-transferable, which was explained to him at the time he established contact with our team.
The tickets are sent out by the original seller, and if not sent by them in time, the supporter exchange team extracts them manually and inputs them into your PSE app prior to the event.
Luca was also provided with the direct contact for the supporter exchange team who can check the status of his order should he have any quetsions before the event.

I recently needed to change my match…
I recently needed to change my match tickets, that were a Christmas gift, due to an unexpected family medical emergency. The team were incredibly understanding, and compassionate throughout the experience. Even though the tickets were non‑refundable, they kindly arranged to transfer them to another fixture, which made a huge difference during this stressful time. All in all an exceptional, customer service. I’m very grateful to everyone involved, and would highly recommend them.
