Our hospitality tickets for the Champions League quarter final were great value and made the whole experience a night to remember - eventhough the result wasn't quite what we were hoping for.

It would be nice to be able to use the FREE drink voucher at any time , not just at half time.

Very prompt and efficient service

Paid for very expensive tickets. Date if the game was later changed to a day we could not visit - no refunds as game was changed not postponed. Very unfair policy.

After some difficulties with the tickets I purchased, Danny at Seat Loader was so helpful and did what he said he was going to do to help me out. His actions confirmed to me that this is a trustworthy site with real people who are considerate and helpful and not just about making money. I wouldn't hesistate to use them again if I needed to buy tickets.

Addendum dated 8 November 2025
Due to the match being postponed from 30 December 2025 to 1 January 2026, we had to rebook our tickets for another match. This also went smoothly. Thank you for that.

Buying tickets online was easy and there were no additional fees (as criticised in some other reviews). I also received a quick response to my two email enquiries. If the ticket delivery is just as smooth, then I will be more than satisfied.
I will only give the 5th star once the tickets are on my mobile phone.

Wegen der Spieltagverschiebung vom 30.12.25 auf 1.1.26 mussten wir unsere Tickets auf ein anderes Spiel umbuchen. Auch das hat problemlos funktioniert. Danke dafür.

Der Online-Ticketkauf hat problemlos funktioniert und es wurden auch keine zusätzlichen Gebühren verrechnet (so wie es in einigen anderen Bewertung kritisiert wurde). Auch auf meine beiden Mailanfragen habe ich rasch eine Antwort erhalten. Wenn nun die Ticketauslieferung ebenso problemlos funktioniert, dann bin ich mehr als zufrieden.
Den 5. Stern gibt es erst dann, wenn die Tickets auf meinem Handy sind.
