Ordered a notice board 4 months ago, after the wrong product was delivered I contacted the customer service team. I was told I would get a call with the delivery date which never happened.

Waited in 2 days for the reliever that never came. They have claimed multiple attempts to deliver with no warning. Requested refund, said I would be refunded within 3 days, weeks later still haven’t had a refund.

Fast delivery- ordered Thursday evening delivered on Monday.
Had a call to confirm delivery on the Friday, also on the day of the delivery we had a call of the driver.
Goods delivered with care.
The furniture looks great and was easy to assemble.

I would like to add to my previous review. The poor delivery organisation - which meant no-one was on site to check the order - lead to huge confusion, but in the end the correct piece of furniture had been drooped off. We haven't yet been able to unwrap and check the bookcase's quality but we're hopeful and at least it is here!

Good product and delivery but best of all great customer service.

Ordered a desk for a fair amount of money, initial inconsistencies around the delivery timeframe. Eventually after 8 weeks, it arrived with no instructions and missing the key screws to put the desk together.

So from start to finish not a great level of service, the desk then is nowhere near the quality of the price paid and with difficulty after the initial problems to return it.

They ask you to ring them to arrange delivery but the lines are constantly engaged so you can never get through.
Tried arranging a date by email, but it seems that it's their date or no date.
Can't comment on the quality of the product since I haven't received it yet!!

After a good and very helpful start with a lady called Freya to find and order my desired chairs for my business, it came as a shock to me after 3-4 days while we have already paid and agreed on the order, an email saying those chairs aren't available anymore.
If a product isn't available it shouldn't be advertised, most annoying was the alternative recommendation of the chairs that had available which was nothing to what the original product was.
Your customer service team tried a make customer but the way that you run operation is not good enough to employ hard working people that care for a business.

Ordered a posture improving "in-stock" office chair to help with lower back pain whilst home working on the 20th December. 1st Week Jan... no delivery... I called them and was told it would not be with me till the 3rd week Jan... this week came, passed and guess what..? no delivery! I called yet again and then was told it would "definitely be with me" during the 4th week Jan... Just phoned again to chase and have been told it will not be with me till the 1st week of Feb... I have no faith in what they are telling me and have cancelled my order. This customer management approach is totally disgraceful, they completely mismanaged my expectations. Avoid these people is my advice, furthermore they use language to advertise wares such as "in-stock", this is totally misleading as I have just been told they do not hold any stock, and are effectively shipping direct from the manufacturer... I cannot believe these people have remained commercially for viable this long, there are good ones out there, but these guys are not one of them!

Sold me faulty goods. They asked for proof of the fault. I sent photos and they went silent on me. No response to several messages.
