Not a good experience!
Now on the third Towelling Robe,the first two were returned because of quality issues with the towelling fabric.
Customer service hid behind the 30 day return policy despite the product being faulty.

Love the coat...use it for…
Love the coat...use it for campervanning...easy to put on and walk to shower quickly and change after shower. Drys quickly.
Did walk in extreme rain...the pockets did become damp but not surprising with the amount of rain

Fantastic bit of kit
Fantastic bit of kit. Love my robe for cold post run days. As well as being great for post swimming they are also excellent for use pre or post run events .

I love my robe
I love my robe. It arrived package so lovely. Couldn't wait to try it on. I use it for van life and its saving me from the cold even on spring mornings. Dont know how I managed without it. 🤩. I could go on..... I use it on my morning dog walks too. My husband now wants one x

Bought my first Seashell and I LOVE…
Bought my first Seashell and I LOVE IT!!!! I cold water swim in the sea over winter and this made the 'after' bit doable. I couldn't have winter swam without it.
I'm looking forward to summer evenings on the beach with this.
Got the sand coloured one and it looks ace, love the design and style as it's much more versatile than other brands styling.

Just what I wanted!
I’d been looking for a rucksack which was 100% waterproof. Something practical to take to the beach even in bad weather. It’s big enough to hold everything you need, coat, towel, pack up and the rest! The hardest decision was the colour!
