I ordered a part that was supposed to be new and instead I received a Reconditioned part. when trying to resolve the issue All I get is some AI BS!

Shipped me a dirty, nasty, and clearly used ice maker part. Who wants to put that in their nice freezer and make use of that ice? I can’t believe they didn’t even make a tiny effort to try to clean. It was covered in grime.

It was great to find a site that offers genuine parts for a reasonable price. Shipping and delivery was fair, too. It was easy to find the part I needed for my very old but top performing dryer. No need for customer service, and I got it in under two days.

Was surprised that sears was still available for parts.. my 20yrs old dryer they had all parts for it!! And price was reasonable prices.. fast shipping and parts fit!! Negative was a poor AI CHAT BOT. CUSTOMER SERVICE! hard to communicate with! And no human to transfer too!! But i made it . Sears was awesome!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a treadmill drive motor on March 6th, 2026. Delivery date was supposed to be March 13th, 2026. I have been waiting 7 weeks and I cannot get a delivery date. The call center in Southeast Asia is useless. The website still lists motors "In Stock". Do not by anything from Sears Parts Direct

Didn't really say muchon how to report things!

I was informed that parts are on back order with no delivery date. PartsDirect will not allow me to cancel the order nor get a refund.

I placed an oven part order on 3/12/2026, estimated delivery 3/26/2026.
I still haven't received the part. Can't find the order with their online tool. Spoke with live customer service, was told I would receive a text and an email in next 72 hours.
That hasn't happened. Tried again today, AI chatbot told me I was going to get a text, didn't happen. Meanwhile I have already been billed on my credit card for the part

The part was easy to find on line, just need the washers model #
Fits great and easy to install.

The part came quickly and went on in about 1 minute, perfect fit.

It worked out, but... Part did not look like what I ordered... a complete feezer control panel. It worked, but it is actually a replacement for a part inside the control panel. I had to take apart the control panel to install the new part... not exactly easy as the plastic fittings almost broke trying to get the old part out. This part needs instructions included, and the product image needs to be changed. If you're ordering based on the current picture, that is not what you are getting.

Easy to order and find if it fit my specific mower.

Everything worked as expected and dryer is running quiet and smooth...
