I have used SearchBerg for the past 3 months to redesign my website. They did an amazing job. I was using another service and had no idea once I let Darell at Searchberg do his thing. I am so pleased. They are terrific at communication. and they are willing to go so many steps beyond to get things right. They were in touch with me constantly. They asked the right questions and did exactly what I wanted. This was all new to me. Now I am excited to see how they do SEO. I am so glad I found this company.

SearchBerg replaced my whole website, unfortunately they didn't understand what my business was even after multiple phone calls and emails explaining what we do, I basically was doing the job for them because every time I asked a question about what was their "professional" recommendation about different designs or layouts or other things related to the website SearchBerg told me that it was up to me, they are supposed to be the experts not me.
The SEO campaign got me zero leads and they blamed my products and prices for this. At the beginning before agreeing to pay for the service they told me that to start seeing results three months of campaign were needed and, after those three months, they told me I should buy another three months or better one year of their services. When I called to ask about the "Money back 100% Guarantee" they told me to prove to them that they offer that guarantee, and that if it was not written I couldn't apply for it. I'm a small business and for all the money I put into this I got zero results; my husband gets more leads on his FB posts than the work of this company.
SearchBerg should work with the customer to understand the needs of the business and shouldn't offer something that they are not going to achieve, they also shouldn't be hiring people in other countries to create the SEO campaigns or re-design websites as every country has different vocabulary and sometimes, they have different terms that we don't really use in the U.S. even if in those countries they speak English, I had to correct all those text and posts for the SEO campaign and it was exhausting and time consuming.
The design of my previous website was not much different from what they replaced it with, but SearchBerg convinced me that I needed a brand new one. On top of everything I had to hire someone to correct the mistakes they left on the website.
I wouldn't recommend SearchBerg to anyone. I would better go with smaller companies that take the time to know my business and that you actually pay until the work is done because once you make the payment to SearchBerg you are not going to get it back.
