The suits themselves were fine. The customer service...horrendous! First the sizing is VERY off. So they set you up right away to make mistakes on your order. When I went to exchange my items for different sizes, they offered a 30% refund and for me to keep the items, or exchange by sending pictures and such. When I followed their guidelines for an exchange, they then said NO to a return and offered me to PAY an additional $40 to keep the items and they'd resend the new suits.... Umm NO!
But it gets worse.... Eventually through a lot of back and forth emails, they offered a full gift card for the amount of my original purchase and I keep the original items.... Cool. So I ordered all new items with the gift card. They ONLY shipped 2 of them! When I emailed them about the 1 missing item they said they were out of stock and could not refund me for it because I purchased it with a gift card.... I am SO DONE with this company! All in all they stole about $45 from my order. I can't imagine how much they have stollen from other people. STEER CLEAR!

I never received my package. They refuse to give me a refund or send me another package. They told me since usps lost my package, I would have to figure it out with them instead. The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

Swimwear in good value for money and a true fit to sizes stated. Website is easy to navigate with plenty of product choice.
Order fulfillment & delivery were quite slow though, took just over a week to receive.

I ordered three swim suits. Little did I know they were coming from the US. Three weeks before it arrived. Tried to contact them directly a return label as swim suits didn’t fit!
Emails went back and forth with them offering me everything and anything but a return address! Eventually got this. Return cost to US £36! I had to pay this.
Was told refund would be 5-15 days. Didn’t get it! Now told another 2-3 days!
Absolutely shocking company! Do not buy!!

I ordered an item at the start of December, for a Christmas present, and received an order confirmation. I heard nothing further. Two weeks later, worried about the Christmas post, I contacted them only to be told that they were sold out of the item and wouldn't be delivering it at all. I am now scrambling for a last-minute alternative gift. They did offer an alternative item and money off my next order, but obviously I don't trust them to fulfil that and won't be ordering anything else. I will apparently receive my refund at some point in the next three weeks, which means that by the end of this they will have had my money for up to a month and a half for no reason.

Delivered to thr wrong address, asked for a refund and after 3 months they are still 'investigating' even though pictures of my front door and actually front door were provided. Absolutely ridiculous, have given up trying to get this refund

I ordered swimwear a couple of years ago and was very pleased with product and service. I was surprised at the low rating but decided to go ahead and ordered swimwear at the end of September. Admittedly it is only when I enquired that I was told it was out of stock and would not be available for another month. When I asked for a refund, this was dealt with immediately. Cannot fault the company and will definitely use again in the future.

If only 0 stars was an option.

As all the real reviews state, avoid at all costs. I should have read these reviews first. I foolishly thought returns would be easy as the website leads you to believe. It's not a UK company. The items ship from China and the return address is in the US. They will not let you return and refund. Endless counter offers of partial refunds and the method to return to the US will cost more than the goods themselves - which is what they are counting on. I kept one bikini and had no choice but to accept the partial refund for the rest. The bikini itself started to sag and appear mishapen after the first wear. Do not order from this place unless you don't care about money.

My order took 2weeks to arrive, the tracking link did not work so could not track. When it did arrive the sun hat I had bought had been folder so small to fit in an insufficient package size (and for so long) the shape of the hat was completely distorted. On top of that the ribbon on it was broken. Contacted customer service and was told to “just tie the ribbon on”. I asked for a refund and they refused. Iv never experienced a worse customer service. DO NOT buy from Seafancy.

If I Could Leave 0 Stars I Would! Sizing Was Off Despite Following Their Guideline, And When I Asked For A Refund I Was Fobbed Off With A Part Refund As They Don’t Want To Give You A Full One! Wouldn’t Buy From Them Again

Total scammers. I wanted to buy swimwear from a UK company in case it didn’t fit and I needed to return it. They are a .co.uk web address. The order took ages to come. When they arrived all the swimsuits were massive, despite me measuring myself according to the guide. They also looked cheap but cost me over £100 for 3!
When I tried to return them they refused to give me the return address and instead offered me a 30% refund. No way! So I persisted. They then said I could keep them but they’d refund 50%. Still no return address. It was like a quest! No way I’m losing over £50 so I refused and demanded the return address. They then came back with 70% refund offer! For crying out loud!
I demanded the address again. When they provided it, it was based in the USA and I had to fund the return which was coming up on most courier sites as around £50.
In the end financially it made more sense to accept the 70% refund but I’ve lost a lot of money and I’m left with some cheap, over-sized swimsuits I don’t need.
Avoid, avoid, avoid! Duplicitous, untrustworthy, disingenuous scammers!

If I could leave negative stars I would. This place is a HUGE SCAM - DO NOT ODER FROM THEM!!!!!!!
They will rip you off, and steal your money bottom line. You will be communicating with some bot in China.

I ordered without looking at previous reviews so was apprehensive whilst waiting for a long time before they arrived. I was fortunate that one costume did fit - even though I’m a 12, it’s an XL and the quality is ok, I liked it. The second costume I ordered was a very poor fit. The hassle then came in returning it. I ordered from SeaFancy UK (or so it seemed looking at their web address) but they actually came from France and then I had to return to …USA at quite a cost which would have put me a lot out of pocket. I was offered numerous discounts to just keep the costume - which I eventually did and have tried to sell on Vinted for not a lot of money. I would say that if you want one of their costumes find it on Vinted. Don’t use this company unless you are ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that you won’t be returning anything. Having said this the people I corresponded with via email were nice and pleasant but it was a very drawn out process - probably in the hope that I would give up. There is something about this company that doesn’t seem right.

I love the one-piece styles and patterns from Seafancy. I was looking for a more modest suit, and I found these are a great fit, especially for a more mature body.

Took ages to arrive, most unflattering, horrible fabric and the return process is complex with only 30% refund offered. I'm taking it to a charity shop.

Terrible experience, the returns policy is ridiculous, photo evidence required, then the "return offers" trying to get the full price back is impossible. Any 5 star reviews are not accurate and not to be trusted. Avoid at all costs, the return policy stated on the website is absolute lies. And on top of all that the quality is terrible.

Not the best quality, and the return process is not easy at all, like they advertise. They require photos of all products prior to return, at first I thought just so they could check the hygiene sticker was still in place, but then they requested a photo of an item that I said was stained - no picture was really necessary because regardless, I want to return it! And you need to pay for return shipping, which is annoying.

I ordered a 2 piece for my 16 year old granddaughter, she’s tall and slim but using the sizing guide I ordered a size M!
On delivery which was a long winded wait! It arrived packaged, the shorts fitted quite well but the bikini top was far too loose and gapped across the back. I reordered the smaller size, again long winded delivery but arrived yesterday, fitted perfectly so followed the returns process for the larger one to be returned! I’ve been communicating via email with 2 options! I chose to email back explaining I did not wish to keep the original order as it does not fit, they replied with further options! Again I replied expressing I wished to have a full refund! I’ve now been told to return the item I would pay the shipping so I’m stuck with an item I don’t want, and only being refunded less the shipping! Which I paid for originally!
Stay away from this company! I wish I’d read trust pilot reviews prior to ordering! They won’t be getting anymore orders from me!

Not happy with their process at all. I ordered something and it did not fit right. I went to return it and ended up with this long email giving me 3 options for returning. I didn’t realize that if I went with a different size that I had to keep both. So basically I have 2 that don’t fit right and I’m unable to exchange either or get a refund. This process is frustrating and absurd. I do not recommend this company at all. Go with a company that offers full refunds and easy exchange and return policy. Very disappointed
