Le service propose une offre d’essai à 0,09 € pendant 3 jours. Cependant, sans mise en évidence claire et transparente, cette offre entraîne automatiquement un abonnement annuel d’environ 200 à 250 €, prélevé en une seule fois.

Aucun rappel, aucun email de confirmation de souscription ou de prélèvement ne m’a été envoyé, ce qui est très inquiétant. C'est un système volontairement opaque, conçu pour piéger l’utilisateur.

Le service client est inexistant : uniquement un chatbot qui refuse catégoriquement tout remboursement, en rejetant la faute sur l’utilisateur, avec des réponses du type “vous auriez dû faire attention”. Aucune solution, aucune compréhension, aucun geste commercial.

L’annulation de l'abonnement est bien caché dans l'espace client

En consultant les avis en ligne après coup, je constate que de nombreux utilisateurs ont vécu exactement la même situation.

Je déconseille fortement cette plateforme. Soyez extrêmement vigilants si vous envisagez de tester leur service, et évitez d’y enregistrer vos informations bancaires.

BEWARE! This site is attempting to steal hundreds of dollars from my account.
I tried to look at their $0.09 trial, but I NEVER authorized any annual subscription. Now, for several days, they have been trying to force charges of €220 and €251 EURO on my card while the app is closed.
This is a clear FRAUDULENT practice.
I have no active subscription and no account with them, yet they keep trying to withdraw money. I have reported them to my bank and the Cyber Police.
STAY AWAY, they are scammers!

Terrible experience. SeaArt charged my credit card $57 USD without my consent on 4th April 2026. I had cancelled my subscription but they still went ahead and debited my card. On top of that, they also attempted to charge $251 USD twice, which thankfully got declined by my bank due to insufficient limit.
There is no e-mandate or standing instruction on my card for SeaArt, yet they charged it using stored card details through Stripe. Their refund policy states subscriptions are non-refundable, which is completely unfair when the charge itself was unauthorized.
I have raised a fraud dispute with my bank (ICICI Bank), my credit card has been blocked, and a chargeback is in process. I have also emailed their support. but no response yet.
Stay away from SeaArt if you value your money. They make it extremely easy to get charged but nearly impossible to get a refund. Worst billing practices I have ever seen.

Stole money- don’t use ! You will be scammed

It started out as a really good platform but has become an inconsistent shit platform that will steal your credits for videos that apparently are not up to par of their standards or quality. Especially with the Kling 3.0 and some of the other newer image to video apps. People can generate nudes on this all day, but God forbid, I try to create a martial arts fight scene.

So many positive reviews all in the same period. It's clear that it's only me who wastes money without achieving anything. If only there was one time I could use 10 seconds (or 5) of video! Always unusable.

Terrible experience, it doesn't generate text properly. It comes out all distorted. Moreover, it doesn't even generate anything other than English.

SeaArt.ai advertised a 3-day (72-hour) free trial but auto-debited my card for a full year at the 71.5-hour mark. Support admitted to this in writing but refused a refund. This is an unfair trade practice. I have filed a case with the National Consumer Helpline (Docket #8958851) and a bank chargeback. Avoid this site if you value your money.

On March 18, 2026, I signed up for a 3-day trial. While standard platforms default to a monthly renewal, SeaArt's interface is intentionally misleading. On March 21, without any explicit final confirmation step or clear warning, they auto-charged my Visa card a massive $251.88 for an annual subscription.
I contacted their support within hours. I made it absolutely clear that I HAVE NOT used any SVIP features, generated any images, or consumed any credits since this charge occurred. It was a genuine mistake caused by their hidden cancellation UI.
Instead of reviewing my account activity and doing the right thing, their customer service just copy-pasted their "No Refund" policy template. They completely ignore the fact that they are charging for a service that hasn't been rendered.
This is unacceptable. I have already filed a formal Chargeback dispute with my bank (Visa) for "Services not rendered and misleading billing".
If SeaArt's management actually cares about their reputation and wants to resolve this fairly by issuing a full refund, my information is below. Once refunded, I will update or remove this review.

I was charged $251.88 for an annual SVIP subscription on SeaArt AI due to a confusing user interface that led to an accidental subscription.

I contacted their support immediately after noticing the charge and requested a refund. Unfortunately, the request was denied even after escalation to a supervisor.

They offer you a 3-day free trial, but they charge you for a full yearly subscription way before the trial ends.

The scammed me of 200 bucks with an obscure offer.

Même constat que beaucoup d’autres avis : malheureusement, je n’avais pas consulté les retours avant.
Je pensais simplement arrêter la période d’essai gratuite avant la fin des trois jours, mais cela s’est avéré impossible. Résultat : 216 € prélevés d’un coup.
Dès que j’ai vu le débit, j’ai immédiatement annulé l’abonnement là, bizarrement, cela a fonctionné puis j’ai ouvert un litige auprès de ma banque et contacté le service client pour demander un remboursement.
À ce jour, le remboursement m’est toujours refusé, malgré mes échanges répétés avec eux.
Depuis le prélèvement, je n’utilise plus du tout leur service : uniquement le support client pour tenter de récupérer cette somme.
Le problème principal est le manque de clarté : ce qui saute surtout aux yeux, c’est le montant mensuel affiché, alors qu’en réalité le paiement est annuel, avec le montant total indiqué de façon bien moins visible.
Quand on n’a pas l’œil immédiatement attiré par cette petite mention, l’erreur arrive très vite.
Aujourd’hui, j’ai malheureusement le sentiment que je vais perdre 200 €, ce qui est une somme importante, et humainement c’est très difficile à encaisser.
