HBO (Nordic -> Max) doesn't care about existing customers. They care about attracting new customers and does so in a way that is unacceptable. Existing customers have to pay double to what new customers have to pay. That's a perfect example on how to not treat your customers. To tell existing customers that their long-term support is worth nothing and will be worth nothing in the future amazes me. Is that really how HBO tries to build trust? Loyalty? I wouldn't recommend a company that mistreats their customers, in such a direct way, to anyone.
