My order which was a Christmas gift was never received. It apparently went missing with the courier, although there was never an update for it after the initial sale and order processing . I was refunded for the goods but have still been charged the £10.00 delivery fee, which I find highly unacceptable, as it was through no fault of my own yet I am out of pocket. Terrible customer service and will not be purchasing again.

the worst customer service in the world. Bought a shirt in November to be used as a Christmas present. asked them if it could be exchanged, since they had bought it well in advance. no problem they said. When I then wrote to have it returned they would not take it back. and now they do not even answer my emails. can not recommend this brand to anyone!
bad delievery
The delivery was too long and it was impossible for me to track the package. Only when it reached Danish soil, Bring was being updated and I could follow the package on its last trip.
Received the package and it was cut in and the shirt was cut.
Contacted costum service who was very helpful and I got a new one.
Now I’m (once again) waiting for it to arrive. Funny thing is, the ripped shirt that I sent back, they have already recieved it… by my new shirt is still on its way.
I can only give you two stars, cause for me fast delievery is just as important than good costum service.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - DAMAGED ITEMS
Received my two hoodies - each over $US170 and the postage satchel was filled with some sort of oil that has seeped through to the jumpers! Contacted customer service (chatbot) and had no response for days. Finally got a reply asking for photos - which i sent, and now they have gone quiet again. I have dealt with scuffers previously and it was fine, but am so dissappinted this time. Terrible customer service. Now seeing many many others in same situation commenting publicly on instagram..I want my refund !!

Really lousy hoodie. When trying to return the return site keeps going in circles. It is not possible to return the hoodie.
Hoodie not received in over a month
Ordered a hoodie from them over a month ago in October. Still have yet to receive the hoodie. I contacted FedEX only to find out my package was missing, and went back to contact Scuffers for a resolution. It has been 4 days with no response from them. Horrible customer service, and all they provide on their website is an AI assistant that is incapable of resolving the issue.

I ordered a Burgundy Hoodie on your website (pink “with love”, women XS – see picture below). The order has been marked as “delivered” since December 1st, but I have not received anything.
This situation is unacceptable, especially as I have absolutely no answer from the client support service excepted a robot.
I need this item no later than tomorrow, December 6th for Saint Nicholas Day in Belgium – a key moment when children receive their gifts.
The only one ask is provide a concrete quickly solution (replacement shipment or refund).

Poor Customer Service – Shipping Issue Still Unresolved
I ordered an item from Scuffers and accidentally entered the wrong city in the shipping address. I contacted customer service immediately after placing the order to correct it, but the issue has still not been resolved.
I have been passed from one representative to another, repeatedly asked for the same information, and despite providing all the correct details several times, the shipping address has not been updated with the carrier. Communication has been slow and unhelpful, and no clear action has been taken to resolve a simple correction request.
I’m disappointed with the lack of accountability and follow-through. I hope Scuffers improves their customer service process, as this has been a very frustrating experience for what should have been an easy fix.

Purchased a hoodie for my son and accidentallt bought small. Sent it back DHL express at my cost and it was delivered and signed for on 22nd August. Its now 1st Septemeber and they have not refunded and not acknowleged receipt. Have emailed a few times as I need to repurchase correct size with the refund voucher but nothing!

Optei por reenviar, forneci CPF e endereço correto, mas após mais de um mês e diversos e-mails não recebi nenhuma atualização. Atendimento ao cliente péssimo, nenhuma resposta.

Har købt derfra en gang og jeg var enlig meget tilfreds, den eneste ulempe er at leveringen var lidt længe og man ikke rigtig kunne følge med I den, plus at den så blev leveret et forkert sted men det var ikke scuffers skyld
BAD customer service
BAD customer service. I placed an order but the amount they charged didn’t match the order. I wrote them 3 times, and if you lucky they answer you one time but they never follow up. It’s been months now!!

Die Qualität der Klamotten ist für den Preis unterirdisch. Der Stoff fühlt sich billig an und ist bei beiden bestellten Produkten sehr schlecht vernäht. Der Zipper klemmt von Anfang an. Bei der Retoure fallen, zusätzlich zum Versand von rund 5 €, 10 € "Logistikkosten" an.

I placed my order and was charged £10 for delivery!
I had an email to say my order would be delivered but then on the day of delivery I received an email to say it wouldn't be delivered until the next day.
When the customer service email said, "there's nothing to worry about" I asked to speak to someone more senior, they never replied .... Will never buy from this label again

Requiring shipping cost on an order over 180€ but then insisting on a return fee of 10€. T-Shirt Quality nonexistent. They are labeled as heavyweight and are completly seethrough.
