Stay away - don’t give them any information. They make it impossible to cancel. It’s an absolute scam.

Same issue with the trial period, foolish me forgot about the date that they would charge me, charged 240 AUD, cancelled the membership with in 5 mins of being charged and contacted support, asked me too fill out a form, I did, been 3 days now sent an email every day no response, they did say it can take 14 days, if I don't get a response in 2 days I'll be contacting my bank to help get my money back

The microphone on this makes the audio sound bad quality like im recording on a flip phone, so I don't believe it's actually getting the full extent of my voice

This is a terrible company. The app is a piece of garbage, the price is extortionate and it is ridiculously difficult to cancel.

If I could give zero I would.
The app does not work to the features it boasts about. Glitchy, and inaccurate.
They refuse to refund the disgustingly high subscription fee.
An absolute scam.
Please avoid.

I was looking for an AI app that would translate a recording of a demo into step by step training instructions with screenshots. Ambitious, maybe, but ScreenApp promised to do just that. I spent a whole day uploading the recordings and now that I have them translated into a 'manual' I see how utterly rubbish the results are. The same steps are repeated umpteen times with different words, sentences don't make sense, but the worst is that the really relevant content isn't even covered! 40 pages of 'manual' for about 10% of the relevant content from the video! Hard pass. I've now cancelled my free trial after having had to give my card details, I genuinely hope I don't get charged.

I had subscribed to the trial using my debit card on which I keep a balance of 1.50 USD for probing purchases only. I was expecting the free trial to expire or at get notified before billing but I have been receiving messages that my card could not be billed a 168 USD. I have RECEIVED manual messages from staff prompting me to update my details. The last one was titled "3 rd attempt "but in reality it was their 7th. I found such behavior odd and decided to look them up. They are a trash service and am I glad for my burner card. The last email is from Andre who happens to be the CEO and founder. Imagine a CEO asking you to pay up..lol.. Besides, I went through my account and it now has a yearly subscription active despite the that fact that I have not paid for it. These guys ain't getting any of my money.

I signed up for a 3-day free trial to see what ScreenApp offered. I quickly realized it wasn’t what I needed and did not use the platform at all.

Even so, the trial automatically converted into an annual subscription and I was charged for a full year. I did not intentionally choose an annual plan, and the sign-up experience was not clear enough for such a large charge.

Support confirmed the charge but refused to refund it, hiding behind their cancellation policy. They suggested a manual billing review form that may take up to 14 days, which feels like an attempt to delay and discourage customers.

This is a very unpleasant experience and feels like a classic “trial-to-annual” trap. I strongly recommend being extremely careful before entering your card details.

Downloaded the app - no sign of the free 7 day trial. Came to trust pilot after trying in vain to cut the membership and discovered I wasn't alone in the world. Cancelled my associated credit card immediately, informed my bank and wrote directly and in no uncertain terms to received emails from ScreeApp that I wanted immediate cancellation which they confirmed and then telling them to send no further emails.

It took one hour to upload a file, then it asked me to sign up. When I signed up, the file was gone, and it keeps asking me to get a trial by inputting my personal information.

When you put a video link to download it, it shows you that in the background. But you have to log in via a gmail account to do it. Once you give it all your data, then you try to download the video, and it asks for credit card details. Fkin uckers can such my toe.

Would leave zero reviews if i could. company is a complete scam - i had a free trial for a couple of hours, canceled subscription yet they kept trying to card. zero support, noone is responding and emails are bouncing. will be disputing with amex.

I subscribed last year and used the service twice. I cancelled a month later because I no longer needed it. A full year later, out of nowhere, my card was charged again for a full year subscription.

I immediately contacted customer service, only to be told that it “cannot be cancelled.” After showing them proof that I had unsubscribed a year ago, they finally admitted it was a billing software malfunction and agreed to issue a refund.

But here’s the kicker, I’m in Canada, so when the refund came through, it was short by about $20 due to foreign exchange differences. Their mistake cost me money, and they refused to make it right.

I didn’t start this problem, they did. Yet I ended up paying for their incompetence. My biggest mistake was ever trusting this company in the first place. Absolutely unacceptable.

The app is useless, $168 is way too expensive for a recording of idk almost nothing recorded and that haven't talk about the transcription and summary. It's totally out of context and it causes me to lose a big client for failing to review the meeting recording session and write a new proposal that highlighted all my clients' requirements. When I contacted their live chat support for refund only AI is there to help me and no email response ever received. But the system promises "⏰ Response Time: Within 24 hours (usually much faster for critical priority)". ScreenApp what a way to fraud people? Terrible experience. There is no free video. No free test as advertised.

Signed up for a free trial. The app didn't do what I needed it to do so I canceled my account within one hour. I was still charged. They are absolute criminals. Steer clear.

Wasted 20 mins of my life waiting for this “free” app just to get to be told I need to pay
