I used the mail-in service to get my son's iPhone 15 Pro repaired - he really mullered it this time! Front screen and rear glass replaced with Apple parts and a new battery (dented by the force of the supposed accidental collision with the corner of a table!). No replacement part warnings and looks and behaves like new. Great communication from start to finish and quick service, all at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend.

Excellent service. My iPhone 13 was playing up not charging and the battery wasn’t lasting long. I booked it in to have both replaced but when I dropped it off they were able to repair the charging port and just replaced the battery for me. Phones working like new again so very happy with the service. Thanks a lot.

Ive made a few visits to Screen Doctor now and each time ive left a happy customer. Excellent communication, always happy to help, goes above and beyond and always a fair price. Highly recommended although I hope I dont have to return for a while as hoping nothing breaks anytime soon ha ha

I cannot fault my experience with this company. The website is easy to navigate with clear pricing. I sent my Apple Watch off and had it back within a few days. The watch is like new and has a hydrogel protector on it now,
looks like new. I was quoted £180 to have this done locally in Carlisle, Screen Doctor cost me a fraction of that price. Highly recommend these guys.

Brilliant, just brilliant.
My wife and I have used The Screen Doctor many times, due to breaking screens and recently when my phone just stopped working and wouldn’t turn on.
Like most people I normally use my phone for personal use, but it is a key part of my business, and I am in a pickle without it.
I took it to David who diagnosed the problem, repaired everything whilst I waited and even fit a new battery at a really cheap price because he already had the phone apart.
I honestly wouldn’t take any of my phones or iPads anywhere else.
