Scrace Real Estate Arvostelua

Ben Scrace was amazing throughout the process. He was patient, incredibly well informed, and supportive every step of the way.

I reached out to Ben to let him know that I was interested in buying a place which would suit me & my partner’s next stage of life- so he sent me a few options and was always very understanding, empathetic and consultative.

Once my missus & I found a place (which miraculously ticked all our boxes - except for price!!!) he talked me through his strategy very openly and he managed to get 50k off the asking price! (7.5%~).

We’re over the moon and are so relieved that the search is finally over and we have a place we can call home.

If I can ever afford to buy another place- I’d definitely work with Ben again.

Having not moved house for 37 years and being very attached to our family home, we approached the sale with reluctance and anxiety. In Ben Scrace we found an agent who not only produced a brilliant outcome to the sale (a higher price than other agents had suggested) but also made the process almost a pleasure. He was always efficient and accessible, very clear and realistic in communications as well as thoughtful and supportive during the challenging moments of uncertainty. We could say he offers the hard-headedness of a dealer combined with the soft hand of a therapist. That is a rare combination and we would recommend him unreservedly.

Great experience with SRE.
Very friendly and hands-on approach.
Definitely recommend. 👍🏼
