I wouldn't buy my honey, salad dressings or chocolate spread from any other company. With SBC you know that it is a quality product - totally organic with a percentage of your money spent going towards research into looking after bees. I cannot understand the negative comments. I've had no problems with delivery and not once was any of the honey (and I've bought a lot) crystallised. What you see on the jar is what you get unlike the sugary rubbish you buy elsewhere.

A company with an ethos I can buy into. I particularly like their kimchi hot honey dressing, their vinegars are great on salads, their heather honey is delicious. I’ve tried all their products at various times and cannot fault their flavours. The new chocolate spread is also a staple in our cupboard too!

I’ve only had one delayed order, but the customer service team were great and resolved the issue in speedy time.

Absolutely delicious! We won’t buy any other honey as it just doesn’t compare. Dressings also really lovely, they taste fresh and home made. I like to buy from the UK and they don’t disappoint, fast delivery and really well packaged.

The customer who posted the negative review about 'crystallized' honey is clearly someone who hasn't bought honey before.

First time ordering from the Scottish bee company, and I've got to say it'll most likely be the last. I've tried to contact them via email and the the 'contact us' form on their webpage, to no avail ...signature honey was very crystallized, not smooth and creamy as the back of the jar suggested! Overpriced I'd say for the quality. I was really looking forward my order arriving and ended up disappointed ☹️

My first experience with this company was great and I enjoyed their products. I recently placed a further order as I had used all the products I bought initially which I enjoyed immensely.
However, my recent order for 7 jars of various honeys was placed through Shop. Promising delivery within 3-5 days, 10 days later and I am still without my order.
I have left voicemail messages, sent text messages, used their ChatBot all to no avail. In fact, all contact with the company has been ignored.
It is a shame as I enjoyed the products but following this experience I don't think I will be ordering from them again!

My first experience with this company was good - though I didn't think it was that cheap - and so I bought a second jar of heather honey and a honey comb. The honey is great, my honeycomb filled half the tin it is contained in. Not value for money at all, not the same as the first order. Contact with the company has been ignored. I don't think this experience has encouraged me to buy a third time!
