Jim Doolittle took care of me during my shipping problem with USPS, staying on it with updates until it delivered, then wrote to make sure all was well.

I was introduced by a friend whose travel clothes I admired on a trip. She thought I would like them too. I DO!

I bought one of their shirts and didn't try it on until I was packing for my journey to Europe. The shirt was way too big but with Sarah's help I was able to swap it for the next smaller size even though I was outside their normal return period. WAY TO GO SARAH !

I haven't tried a vest yet, but the online customer experience with Ethan was awesome, he couldn't have been more helpful!

Customer service was very helpful in my trying to order the right fitting products. We got it right the first time. And the vest and hoodie I ordered, although expensive, were of good quality, and durable, with loads of pockets! These items will become among my favorites. Now we just need more styles and colors.

I first was introduced to SCOTTeVEST through a newspaper article about nifty hiking gear. I bought the trench coat and i was in love. All those pockets! A few years go by and i see the hoodie. My favorite article of clothing with pockets! Thanks for making my birthday great.

Great people to chat with about specs, etc to help make a decision. I travel over 50,000 miles alomost every year. I always wear my Scottevest vest. Looking forward to giving the pants a try when I fy an aitline with rediculously low weight allowances.

The QUEST vest has been my favorite "carry on bag", so to speak, for many trips. The best part is it doesn't count as a bag! The built in "back pack" pocket on the back is great for spur of the moment souvenir shopping at the airport...no room in your bag? No problem!!
