We received the help that was necessary to successfully replace a vest that was made too small the first time.

No exchanges allowed. They stated it was a custom make but it had commercial tags in it. Also requested an extra 20 for shipping after checkout. Made in Pakistan not Scotland. 2 stars are for the product itself as it is quite beautiful. I wear size 32 jeans and ordered a 34 and it was still 4 inches too short.

Only had cargo pockets, as advertised, fits a tad snug, otherwise perfect

Bottom line is we took a chance and order online for something we could not see, touch or feel. When the product arrived, it was exactly what we expected and it fit her perfectly! The quality of the kilt was great. I have a kilt and needed one for my fiancée. Her family name is McNeil which we researched and it appears that originated as MacNeil. So, she will be proudly wearing the colors of her ancestors.

Buying cost less than renting particularly when the process is as easy as they make it. The order arrived two days earlier than expected. The outfit is perfect, the fit is excellent and would have been perfect if I had measured myself better. Their communication is better than expected. The only negative is that the shoes are not American size at all. My husband wears a size 14 shoe. Their size 14 was an American men's 10.

I ordered a size 35 waist. It came with not a millimeter of extra width - at exactly 35 inches. The standard in the United States and in Europe is to add between three and 4 inches to a waist size so that people can adjust the pant or skirt or kilt and cinch down until it is sing around their waist. my kilt from Scotlandkilt will never be worn.

If I could give negative stars I would Refusal to pay for returns for a product that that was grossly misrepresented on your website. Basic theft.
