I’ve been treated by Anna and now Georgia at the Scoliosis SOS clinic. Their help and support has been absolutely fundamental to me. My curve has reduced, as has the constant pain and my scans over the last year show a radical reduction in areas of pressure around my back. An excellent physio(Chrissie Pilcher) delivering online sessions effectively, with none of the hassle or expense of travel.
An excellent physio(Chrissie Pilcher)who explained the reason behind each exercise in my exercise plan and how it positively impacted on my scoliosis. This was key to my treatment success
The plan is expensive but it has impacted how much I can do on a day to day basis with less pain, so I think it has been worth it.
The online option is excellent offering less expense, less travel less wasted time and is very effective, more so than I ever imagined.
I would recommend initially signing up for 30 hours rather than 60, you can always extend it. With less sessions it also focusses the mind more and encourages less time wasting.

I have just completed 30 hours of treatment with a mixture of in person and virtual with Annie and Georgia. I’m very pleased with the end results my rotation is now zero, hips re-aligned and am 1cm taller. Throughout the program Annie and Georgia were able to amend the exercises to help with where the pain/tightness was. As the majority of the appointments were virtual, the program was delivered to a high standard. I have my home and holiday exercise plan and have decided to continue with a monthly virtual class to maintain what I have achieved. Thank you

I dont think a 150 gbp chat with them about hat you already know, you have scoliosis is worth it. They use it as a sales pitch to sell you their physio treatments and they dont do any tests on you they just look at your back and take pictures and tell you where it curves, which you already know. If you want to take treatment with them you could just go straight to treatment which is schroth exercises mainly and skip the 150 gbp appt. But you cant because they dont tell you about treatment or its price before you do that.

Our son’s Scoliosis SOS sessions have been invaluable. His spine is considerably straighter, his core is stronger and his shoulder blades are level instead of lob sided. We expect that if we follow our exercise instructions we will have no significant issues in the future.

An Immensely positive experience
My 12 year old daughter enrolled in a 30 hrs one on one course and found the entire experience immensely positive. Kritika, Samatha were here main instructors and my daughter found them to be absolutely incredible. They were patient, caring, encouraging and clearly well experienced and very well trained. All the other staff we came across were also extremely helpful and caring. Would highly recommend.

Virtual treatment
I live outside London and was not sure whether ‘virtual’ treatment would work. I need not have worried as Georgia was very professional, approachable and explained all exercises both physically and their specific purpose.
On a few occasions I worked with Annie and she was equally clear and informative. I had treatments over 20 months and felt fitter, fresher and ‘straighter’ after each session. The office based staff were also very helpful when I needed to speak with them. Anna.

Amazing Clinic
Everything in this clinic is amazing, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The therapist “ Eve” is very professional and helpful, she knows how to deal with my 12 years old daughter and get the most attention from her to help her doing her exercises professionally and to get the most benefits from every hour in her sessions. An excellent experience
I had the full gold treatment for severe scoliosis. The company is well run and has a well defined blueprint for the non- surgical treatment of scoliosis.The therapist could not have been any better. He was attentive, patient, friendly and supportive. In addition, he was very skilled and understanding regarding my issues. The treatment reduced the scoliosis significantly. I am continuing with the exercise plan and looking forward to follow up sessions.

I recently attended a course at Scoliosis SOS and found it extremely helpful. The programme was well structured, supportive and tailored to individual needs. As someone living with scoliosis and kyphosis, I appreciated the detailed explanations and practical techniques that I can continue to use at home.

I would definitely recommend the…
I would definitely recommend the Scoliosis clinic. The therapists are knowledgeable and caring and clear about the exercises that I need to undertake. However, at the end of the day, it is up to the individual patient how many exercises they do each day. If you don’t do those, the scoliosis won’t improve.

Making Progress

ScoliosisSOS was a perfect find.
I was diagnosed with Scoliosis very much in later life. As no useful advice was forthcoming from the usual medical sources, I searched online until I found ScoliosisSOS in Kingston.After a full Consultation, I completed the ScolioGold programme under Finty's care and benefited greatly from this. I became more aware of my body and how to help myself with the home exercise programme devised for me. Marcus took over from Finty and the transition was seamless. He seems totally understanding of my concerns and is both patient and encouraging. I value his knowledge greatly and enjoy working with him. I know that with his continued help and expertise, I can feel supported and that pain will be kept at a minimum going forward. The office staff are always most pleasant and pleased to help.
