Since starting the at home service
Since starting the at home service, from phoning to organising the set up to my 3 weeks appointments. I have been treated and spoken to with respect and dignity. Staff are absolutely lovely and understanding of my needs

Grateful for this service.
Delivery driver is always pleasant and friendly, nice to see a smile. Delivery always on time when expected. The app is easy to use. One star lost just because you don’t always feel confident your message has gone through or been understood and sometimes the nurse who comes doesn’t fully understand how important it is to give the injection slowly (can cause a lot of discomfort and side effects if the plunge is done too quickly). That said I’m grateful to have someone come and do it as I have needle phobia and couldn’t do it myself.

These nurses do a fantastic job
These nurses do a fantastic job. They are all so caring , friendly and experienced at what they do. They have all the knowledge and skills along with empathy for there patients. Ive been so great full to them for everything they have done for me and continue to do for me. wonderful nurses and highly recommended for the treatment they provide in the comfort of your own home.

Having a nurse come to my house to give…
Having a nurse come to my house to give me my treatment has been a game changer. It has taken the stress out of travelling to the hospital and having to wait for treatment.
I get a text the day before giving me a time window of when the nurse will arrive and who it will be. Following that the nurse will either send me a message or ring me to give me an estimated more accurate time.
So far I have had three different nurses who have all been amazing, kind, considerate and empathetic.
Would highly recommend.

Clinical visit
I was informed regarding a time window the day before the clinical visit. On ghe day i received a phone call to confirm exact time which was useful. I was impressed with the care i received during the visit, it was excellent.

I had an appointment at the hospital…
I had an appointment at the hospital which I had to attend which was likely to overlap my injection appt I contacted Sciensus and my injection time was altered to accommodate it ,thank you Sciences for doing this for me.Anne Miller
