If you order from this company be sure to know exactly what your doing and make sure you stay on track of the shipping I got my RX however it was not overnight it was 4 days later and the cold pack was melted making it unsafe to use per their website but when attempting to communicate this with support I was told I had to pay for replacement and when I attempted to explain why I shouldn’t have to have now been ghosted so I’m out the money

I have used other providers GLP-1 ,but the results were not as good as the one this company offers.Custoner service was amazing .I will definitely buy again.

Terrible experience. I would not recommend. Subscribed to their program and received the first month’s medication. No problem. When it came time for the refill it didn’t get filled so I contacted them. They cancelled the subscription with no actually explanation. They just said “I do not meet their criteria” now. Absolutely nothing changed between my starting the program and the time of my first refill. Nothing. When I asked for an explanation, all I got was the same excuse. No explanation on anything. There was no reason for it. I have no medical disqualifications and I prepaid for a 12 month subscription. Their customer service is garbage and their website isn’t great either. I had no interaction with an actual provider at any time. Skip this one. There are too many other better options. Lesson learned.

I was kinda worried about using another telehealth platform because my experience with the last one was very annoying and terrible, Science & Co. Is great so far tho. Very very quick with everything, customer service is very responsive and I also appreciate that the meds aren't compounded with a bunch of extra stuff in it! Also very great pricing and the compounding pharmacy that they used has great reviews which makes me feel a lot more secure than the last platform I was using. I would definitely recommend them.

When I first started the process with this company, I was thrilled with how quickly everything moved. I was approved within minutes, my prescription was sent to the pharmacy shortly afterward, and delivery was scheduled for the very next day. The package arrived exactly as promised. From start to finish, the entire process took less than 24 hours, and I was extremely impressed.

Unfortunately, that positive experience ended when I checked my medication.

I am currently prescribed the maximum dose of tirzepatide, 15 mg. The prescription information displayed on the website indicated that I would receive medication compounded at a concentration of 20 mg/mL. The prescription label on the outside packaging with my name also reflected that concentration.

However, when I removed the actual vial from the packaging, the label attached directly to the vial indicated a concentration of 10 mg/mL.

Seeing conflicting dosage information between the prescription label and the medication vial is extremely concerning. Medication accuracy is critical, and discrepancies involving strength or concentration can create confusion and undermine patient confidence. Until this issue is fully explained and resolved, I cannot recommend this company.

What started as an exceptionally fast and convenient experience ultimately left me questioning the reliability of the medication fulfillment process.

The process was so easy, all within a day it was approved, filled, and mailed out through Fedex. I switched to them from another company and I’m very happy i did. I was also able to stay at the same dose i was on previously with no issues. Customer service is incredible, price is great, and i like that you can pay monthly. Definitely would recommend.
