Working with Scale77 has been amazing so far! We have worked with several marketing companies before who overpromised and underdelivered over and over again but thankfully things have been different this time! The onboarding was smooth and we were able to get everything running quickly. The campaigns have been performing great and communication about tweaks and changes has been very refreshing for us!
This company did not deliver on anything promised. Ads performed poorly and I had to constantly reach out to them to make changes to try and optimize a profit margin which never materialized. Questions had to be repeatedly sent to get answered since obviously they were overwhelmed and more concerned with getting new clients than properly taking care of the ones they already have. Additionally, at times leads were not getting booked on our appointment schedule as promised. Do Not Sign A Contract with this Scale 77. Complete waste of time, effort, and money spent.

I’ve been working with Scale77 for about three and a half weeks now, and the experience has been excellent so far. Everything that was promised has been delivered, communication has been consistent and professional, and most importantly, the results have exceeded my expectations.
