Today, we received a letter from them asking 7 times of the deposit because the former tenant thinks that we didnt protect his deposit. We did protect it but even if we didnt't courts can decide 1-3 times of the deposit at max so their abusive and bullying email will not scare us! See you at the court!

From start to finish they helped me with my data breach claim was all wrapped up within 7 weeks but this probably varies case to case. Kind polite and considerate people.
