It's not totally an issue with the company but more exporting out of Britain. My shipment arrived in two boxes, so on top of the import duties, I had to pay customs admin fees and courier admin fees twice.

Professional service
Excellent service. After a quick call for some information about some mixer spares, I placed the order from the website.
I been informed that the delivery could take up to one month, but the part arrived after one week.
Good packaging, good price, the spare part was a Chinese replica but well made and no differences in terms of sound can be spotted.
Great service.
