This company is a SCAM. The goods are dreadful quality and they say you will only get a 100% refund if you ship back to China. They offered me a 30% if I keep the goods. I refused this and they have increased it a few times and have now offered me 80% refund. I said no to this and got my money back by speaking to my bank and doing a "chargeback". Check your bank account because they also sent up a subscription using my card which I had to block. Avoid at all costs

I too fell for this scam. It is the first time that I didn't read reviews and totally got suckered in by the amazing photos of the garments.
This is not a London company instead the items come from China and are totally synthetic.
They will not give full refund unless you send the goods back to China at your own cost and then they will inspect before issuing a refund. Instead I feel I have no option but to take the 20% refund, suck up the lost money and dispose of the clothing as I cannot in good conscience donate them to charity as I don't know if they meet fire regulations etc due to no label.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

I stupidly did not look at Trustpilot before purchasing. What a pile of shoddy crap. Rubbish material ( about as synthetic as you can get - patently not the same as in the ad) cheap shoulder straps ( not the same adjustable straps as in ad) and no return policy - unless you are prepared to send back to China. A total scam. Do not be fooled!!

Unfortunately I only read the FALSE reviews written on the company website!!!!
I too was offered 20% and a 50% voucher to spend with them - like I’d ever buy anything else from them!!
I challenged the return to china using their wording on the site about “reducing carbon footprint” and was offered 30% refund and a 70% voucher.
I’m going to see how much it is to ship to China tracked and decide then how to proceed further.
As I payed through PayPal I may be able to get a better resolution through them.

SCAM - DO NOT USE

The vintage floral jumpsuit arrived with stains on the front panel. The material feels its made completely of plastic, it's awful.
The company want me to send the item back to China at my own expense!
Don't use, don't buy!!

Firstly, Implying wrongly the company is in London. It's in China. Dreadful quality like cheap nylon. Dreadful colours of material. Nothing like advertised items. A complete Con and feel cheated out of my £29.95. Now I will have to fight for my money back. Don't use this company.

I was drawn in by the colourful and unique styles on the website.

The images I now know were not genuine depictions of the actual garments. There’s no way that these garments had a value of over £100. They aren’t even worth the sales price.

Delivery took forever and when I got it I had already had a discussion with my credit card company regarding a potential scam regarding this organisation.

I did get a garment. It was atrocious. Extremely poor quality fabric which created lots of static. Badly made, the sides of which were missing completely.

The buttons did not fit the button holes and should have been different fastenings according to the website image.

No label in the garment stating washing instructions or what it’s made from, which is basically plastic thread.

I did not receive my other order!

My credit card company has now revived my dispute with photos of what I received against the image in the website and are processing a refund.

This is NOT a London company.

As far as I can see they also do not have over 9000 favourable Trustpilot reviews!

-Cheap plastic material, nothing like the image.
-Awful company. You will have to PAY to return to China mainland, they offer you discount voucher to not send back.
-Back and forth emails to irritate you so you give up! by a bot.

Ordered a beautiful structured swimming costume. Received a thin nylon nasty looking costume. I have asked to receive the product i ordered. Is it worth returning it for refund. Will I get it. The original picture looked lovely. 🤨 I think it's just a scam!

It has been over three weeks since I ordered some trainers for my little girl.
This is a scam company- Tracking number does not work. Company closed and money lost.
No response to emails sent to them for updates. It’s so disappointing and frustrating that I have been scammed!

Like other reviews….exceptionally poor quality of garments. Took over 3 weeks to arrive.
Definitely not a boutique closing down.
I have returned their items to China, with a tracked shipping. (£31)
Their returns policy is very questionable. Now awaiting refund……?????

Absolute Scam! Same happened to me as all the other reviews below.

Cheap, tacky and poorly made. Not made from the same material as in the photos. This is a complete and utter con. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They need reporting. And i would not have given them 1 star, but i had too, to write a review. Unfortunately not even fit for a charity shop. So went in the bin.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Over 2 weeks have passed and still not received my items. It appears, from other reviews, that if and when they do arrive they will be nothing like the garments in the pictures as advertised. This makes me so angry as I paid in good faith for 'sale' garments that are in effect an illusion. It goes well beyond trade misdescription. It's theft and is despicable. FB should do more to prevent these kinds of scammers from using their platform, I'm furious!

Ditto all the other miserable experiences. Same thing happened to me with a pair of vintage dungarees. 100% scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Utterly disgraceful. Will only order from reputable and known companies.

They are scams.
They have found a UK high end company and are using their photos to trick people into assuming that their clothes are just as high end.

They feel like paper bags. For example, I fell for the same trick. When you order, sizes are about 10 times too big. upon recieving the items over 3-4 weeks. You then must incur a return postage charge of about £30-50 to china. They absolutely refuse to allow you to use a UK depot.
The clothes feel like they could have been made by a child. Poorly made, feel like paper bags and they want you to return the items back to china despite their address advertising it's Savira-London and is affiliated with Shop a UK company.

Well there is no London shop that is closing down. This company ( and I use the word advised lu) is based in China. Firstly it takes a long time for the order to arrive and whilst I did get a response from customer service it didn’t fill the with confidence. Then came the day when the package arrived. What we’d ordered was a stunning looking cardigan which had been reduced from £150 to £35. What arrived was an extremely tacky cross between a tracksuit and shellsuit. It was such low quality that even the charity shop refused it as they thought it was a probable fire risk. We ordered 2XL as my wife likes loose floaty garments. The only way this was 2XL was if you were a hobbit.DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY

Ordered a pair of dungarees and when they arrived, they were of the poorest quality and looked completely different to the photo in the website with lots of detail missing. When I requested a return, I was informed that they had to be sent back to china at my own cost. Whilst I knew the return cost would be my responsibility when ordering, I presumed returns needed to be sent to their registered address in Birmingham. I was offered a 20% refund or told I had to return to china. DO NOT order from this appalling brand!!!!

Ett blufföretag. Storlekarna är helt fel och varorna skall returneras till Kina så se upp med detta företag. Man erbjuds 20% på fakturan istället för retur till.Kina.
