Wrong item shipped. Attempted to return. They don’t answer their phones, you have to talk into a recorder and they don’t call back. They also have an E Mail address that they don’t answer. Left about 5 recorded messages and sent about 5 E Mails. All ignored. If the order is right the first time, they are OK. If you have to return anything, forget it.

In an emergency situation for work, I ordered an adapter that I could only find here, and paid $70 for priority overnight shipping. I placed the order at 9am expecting it to arrive the following morning. It arrived two days later in the afternoon. I complained and was offered a $20 refund three weeks later. Don't order from here folks.

Ordered an EXPENSIVE power supply. It was never received, never got any shipping info, and so called Customer Service refuses to answer any of my email, and I have sent dozens of them. (Paid with PayPal, and they are genuinely unhelpful in matters like this. I don't know why I continue to use them either.)

Company has failed to return email or phone inquiries surrounding an issue with an order placed and received. The incorrect parts were sent.

I ordered a voltage converter for my external drive. Device was described as manufacturer replacement for my drive. A device was mailed to a postoffice box not the address submitted on the order. It was mailed on 12/7/2025. Did not actually receive the item until 12/22/2025. Wrong/incorrect item was shipped. I'm beyond the 7 day return policy. Not a reliable company, in my opinion.
Find another source for your needs.
I don't want anything from this company. I'll accept the loss and avoid an extended discussion and frustration with the company. I'll order elsewhere.

Ordered a power supply for a pedal board which they advertised for this specific pedal board . Received power supply and it does not have enough power to power on pedal board . FALSE ADVERTISING.
Many emails later - NO RESPONSE.
Stay away from this company.

After reading all the other one-star (zero) star ratings, I realize I was taken too. They sent me two adapters that don't work on the products I ordered them for. Unfortunately, there is no recourse.

I ordered a replacement AC adapter for a baby monitor and provided the exact Model # of the LeapFrog unit. Found it on the website and ordered. When I received the package the adapter did not fit the unit that we had. Immediately went to the website to explain my situation. Was asked to provide information and pictures of the AC adapter that was sent as well as the LeapFrog unit. Their fix was to send an adapter tip to the adapter. As of 7/16 have not received anything. Here's the timeline...
6/18 Ordered item
6/22 Received incorrect item
6/27 Left a v-mail with help desk and followed up with email
6/30 Responded with request for photo's of product
7/1 Sent email with pictures
7/7 Received email that they are working on replacement tip
Crickets since then....And the sad thing is that I ended up ordering a replacement direct from the baby monitor manufacturer at 60% less cost and received in time for my original need. Shame on me but still waiting for refund resolution

I ordered a battery ($55 including shipping) for a VHS camera about 3 months ago and the order status still says processing. I’ve tried calling them but they will not pick up. This is by far the longest I’ve had to wait for an item to be shipped let alone for it to even be processed. All the reviews on this company are bad and they do not seem to care to update their customers on their wait times or anything else. When I called the phone, it also said that their line was busy and immediately kicked me off of the other end.

I ordered a charger and decided to replace the entire piece of equipment instead of just ordering a charger. This was within a couple of minutes of placing the order. The status still said processing. I tried to cancel and the cancel option did not work. I called and left a voicemail to cancel the order as no one answered the phone. I also sent an email to customer service and no response. They went ahead and sent the order and now I will be charged a 15% restocking fee if I return the order. This is very unacceptable practice of doing business. I will not be ordering from this company again.

I spent $55 to have an Order shipped Overnight.

Wish it could be zero stars. Worst customer service ever. charger was lost by USPS and had to buy from another provider on eBay(successfully). The part finally showed up and they would not provide a way to return it. Stay away. There are no savings if they scam you. Based on the number of super low ratings my guess is that they don't care anyway.

Wish I could give a 0 star. They sent me a different charger than advertised and when I contacted their customer service to try to return it or have it swapped for the correct one, I never got a response. This company is junk. Do not buy from them!

They sent me a different adapter than I purchased. I couldn't charge my monitor at a conference because of it. Ruined the first 2 days of our exhibition. No wonder they have terrible reviews. They deserve it.

I ordered a product in November it's going on January 2025 I still haven't received my package. They charged me for it, I'm starting to be convinced that this site is a scam. I would like my money back

Horrible. Ordered a product that specifically said, “this item is brand new” and when I received the item it was the wrong color, it was HEAVILY used with scratches all over and even had residue on it they couldn’t have even wiped off. Reached out to them immediately and it’s been a week since and no response.

I paid for a specific item pictured after i CONFIRMED with them that is what I am paying for 2 X's. They decide to send me a bootleg version of theirs saying it's the same when it was CLEARLY different. They refused proper exchange for item I PAID for. After threatening negative review then they said i can return it BUT i have to pay shipping for BOTH times AND STOCKING fee for THEIR decision to CHANGE what I paid for??

Do not do business with this company. They advertise components that are not a fit for the products they are purportedly for. I ordered two AC adapters that were advertised to work for an electronic component. They arrived and the plug would not fit. They clearly haven't confirmed that their products work as promised. Attempts to contact by phone and online have not been returned. Horrible reviews everywhere. Hopefully this will save users time and energy.

I ordered a replacement charger adapter for my beard shaver. The order was delivered in only 2 days. I was highly pleased with the product & speed of delivery. The only downside is that I could've saved about $10 by ordering directly from remington; that was including shipping also. I didn't realize it until I went onto remington's site days later. Oh well, next time I'll know.
