Received damaged merchandise. They emailed stating they sent out a replacement that I never received
They sent out another replacement purse that also never arrived.
What a waste of money!
I came across a woman selling these locally at a Costco. I asked about the size and whether it would fit my laptop and she assured me it would. I pulled up their website and it was cheaper online but she would not honor that price so I went ahead and ordered it. I bought the trip protect that they offered just in case something happened and I had to return it. Well lo and behold, it did not fit my laptop. So had to return the tote. When they received the bag back I find out that they are going to charge me 2.99 for the mailing label and $5 for shipping. The “trip protect” that I paid for initially didn’t cover any of that. So I’m not sure what it did cover. Any, very disappointing all around.
Ordered July 16 haven't received a notice or anything 8 days later. Have not answered my email haven't received the products...
Order my items on 6/6/26 over $100 worth and my shipment was lost. Tried to get things workout with this company and they are very rude telling me there is nothing they can do for me. I have sent them several emails and updates. Until this day still waiting on my money. After checking on my package still shows delayed im Houston since 6/12/26. I would be very careful ordering from this company never know what you are getting and if you have issues good luck getting your money back.
Order 2 crossbow straps for 100 dollars. Needed to return one due to my phone not be able to hang with the hanging piece they give and I was told I could return it but had to purchase a new one. What do I need a new one for when I am unable to use it with my phone. I was purchasing 2 one for me and one for my sister who has an apple phone which it hangs from the strap safely.... NEVER BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT SAYS YOU CAN RETURN IT BUT THEN SAYS YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE WITH IT!!!
I placed an order yesterday, 4/11/26, didn’t receive an email stating they received my order, I guess I figured this big company would at least send an email.

Product came damaged, I returned it. Was told the one stays open so u can put chain in it. They kept part of my money and everything was returned. The wristlet broke within 3 days. Junk
The only cute purse is way too small. Once your phone is in it there isn't room for anything else. And they look cheap. Poor quality "vegan leather". Threads hanging off everywhere.
And if you want to return it...you are only going to get about 50% of your purchase price back. They charge you $8 to return it, then you still have to pay to actually ship it back! Horrible! I wish I would have ordered it through amazon!

It came fast, packaged well, no damage, works great and SOOOO cute!! I just had a baby so I wanted as much hands free as possible and little extra to carry. My little cross body just wasn't cutting it. So I decided to try this and it's perfect!!! I will definitely be getting some more soon
