There is much to be said about this group, and I appreciate Josiah Matthews. He is a gentleman and truly a scholar. The psychology and philosophy he has behind sales and the way he's able to bring that out in any vertical is astounding. What's most transformative is that I, as an individual, have had to come to terms with my own gaps, flaws, and idiosyncrasies that keep me from being the best version of myself. This is not just about you becoming a great closer; this is about you transforming for yourself and then others.

If you can't change, don't show up. If you can't be someone who's open to criticisms that drive you, don't show up. If you can't close yourself, don't show up. This is not for the faint of heart or the weak. This is for someone and for those who are hungry and driven to become more than what they have been. I love this group and I will protect it.

Working with Josiah over the past couple of months has honestly been one of the best investments I’ve made in my sales career.

I’ve invested in five-figure sales programs before, and while those were helpful in getting my start in high-ticket sales, having Josiah as an actual coach guiding me through the process has been a completely different experience. The level of value he provides is genuinely far beyond what he charges. In this space, what he asks for is honestly a fraction of what his coaching is worth.

What stands out most is how deeply he cares about the people he’s coaching and the prospects we’re serving. He doesn’t just teach scripts or “bro-style” sales tactics. He helps you make the right tweaks to your process, both strategically and from a mindset perspective, which is just as important in this industry.

As a female closer, I’ve also really appreciated that his approach isn’t overly aggressive or “bro heavy.” He teaches a balanced style of sales that blends both masculine leadership and feminine intuition. That balance has helped me feel more confident leading conversations with prospects while still staying authentic to who I am as a female closer.

Another thing I value a lot is accessibility. Whether it’s a quick question in DMs, WhatsApp, or asking for feedback on something specific on 1:1, he consistently shows up and provides real guidance. It truly feels like having a coach in your corner who is invested in helping you grow and become elite at what you do.

If you’re someone who wants to level up your sales skills, understand human psychology at a deeper level, refine your process, and become the best closer you can be this is absolutely the place to do it.

Sales is just numbers at the end of the day; I know that if I take 3 calls, 2 of them are going to close —> 10k package at 10% coms is $1,000 in my pocket and if I do that 2x per day everyday I’ll make 60k/month. It really is that simple.

I also want to give an honourable shoutout to my friends within the Saurelian community. The energy and vibe on the group calls is incredible we actually have fun! I’ve made so many friends since joining that are on the same path as me and it just helps so much. Having that network of people around you and being able to just hit them up saying “you down for a quick role play? I want to work on my objection handling” has sped up my growth tremendously because I can get my reps in whenever I need to.
