I booked with saudi tours for my parents Umra and Alhamdulillah everything went well. We were under the care of Aleem, a great customer service representative. He helped us choose our package and add an umra guide as well as transportation. He was very helpful and quickly answered all of our questions regarding the travel as well as regarding how to perform the umra. My parents were anxious to go by themselves as they do not speak the language but alhamdulilah all went well. I would 100% recommend saudi tours for their flexible packages and the amazing customer service.
